Ruken, not being a melee combatant or a magic user in the traditional sense, will remain... hiding.

Dodge Check 12% [1d100] = 7

Instead of just hiding away and rooting for the group, Ruken will instead search the area for some useful ingredients to craft healing elixirs.

His search is specified to Amaranth, Daffodil, and Bindweed. The gnome thinks that the group will also benefit from elixirs that increase their combat performance. He keeps an eye out for Euphorbia and Vervain as well.

Ruken looks to the native vegetation, hoping to find something useful. He examines the ground, the bushes, the trees and finds a weed with little red flowers growing on it. He recognizes it immediately as Amaranth. An herb used in healing. He delicately removes 3 drams worth of the material. (added to sheet)

Throm follows the creature dragging the body of Eirenaios of the ridge and swings wide, missing, fearful of hitting the elf.

The thrashing monster seems to come out of its throws of agony and gains its feet.
Stamina Roll [1d100] = 2

Tyrion seeing the same creature is closest to him brings his ax down on it and cleaves through its shell.

The tentacled monster reciprocates, lashing its tentacles at Tyrion.
Tentacles attack1 [1d100] = 6 Tentacles attack2 [1d100] = 13Tentacles attack3 [1d100] = 36
Tentacles attack4 [1d100] = 26 Tentacles attack5 [1d100] = 39Tentacles attack6 [1d100] = 68

The dwarf dodges one but is hit by two others! His armor absorbs the damage but a strange fluid flows through the armors cracks, tingling his skin.

Tyrion Resistance Roll [1d100] = 54
Tyrion Resistance Roll [1d100] = 62

and Tyrion falls limp to the ground.

Craxzus easily slices at the recovering creature with his sword but the hard shell of the creature deflects his blow!

Thorgrim also chases the retreating beast and swings his ax wildly, hitting nothing but air!

Eirenaios starts to regain feeling but still cannot move as he watches the beast drag him away with wild eyes.

The gnome takes note that the creatures are on the run and that his group still has a good number of fighters going at it. He does not feel the compelling urge to jump in with his pick axe and pitch in. "I would... only get in the way. YEEAAAH. Oh! Amaranth! Fantastic." Ruken carefully collects the herb and renews his previous search for more natural goodies.

The little gnome accidentally stumbles into a single pretty yellow flower with an orange bud. He recognizes it immediately as a daffodil!
all further searches will take about an hour to find and collect a specific plant. 1 dram added to sheet. You now have 2 empty vials.remaining

To keep things moving on my end I will post what Ruken will do after he finishes collecting the ingredients he found. He will check the group's flank and do a brief scan of the area to make sure something or someone is not trying to ambush them.

Search Check 46% [1d100] = 94

Ruken clutches tightly to his bag as he peers out of his hiding spot. The howls and shouts of combat affirm that the fighting is still going strong. "If one more falls I will... maybe..." His attention darts to path the group came from, hoping that nothing is forming a pincer attack on them.

Throm continues to pursue the creature dragging Eirenaios limp body and brings his mighty hammer down on its head. Shell and flesh are flattened by the impact and its remaining tentacles flail wildly for a moment before falling lifeless!
Ruken carefully peers from his hiding space, ensuring no one approaches from the rear.
Craxzus distracts the remaining crawler from its new dwarven meal with a glancing blow off the things carapace, but the blow seems merely an irritation to the creature.
The tentacle beast, distracted by Craxzus, turns its many tentacles toward the elf.
Tentacles attack1 [1d100] = 70 Tentacles attack2 [1d100] = 53Tentacles attack3 [1d100] = 55
Tentacles attack4 [1d100] = 44 Tentacles attack5 [1d100] = 60Tentacles attack6 [1d100] = 82
But the elf nimbly dodges each attempt!
Thorgrim howls in dwarven rage, seeing his brother fall and cleaves deeply into the thing. Yellowish liquid flows from the deep gash and it screaches in pain. It starts a hasty retreat!
Tyrion remains unable to move.
Eirenaios begins to feel his limbs responding again as the creature dragging him falls to ruin. He can act now.

With most of the creatures on the retreat, Ruken feels it is safe enough to dart to the fallen and see if he can help them back up. If any noticeable injuries are present when he reaches the dwarf or elf (whoever is closer) he will ask permission to bind the wounds to prevent any bleeding or serious infection.

Even though he was about to be eaten by those creatures, seeing the who;e group flail against one creature made Eirenaios feel sorry for the last creature that he knew very well won't survive. So he goes instead to Tyrion and help Ruken to get him up on his feet again
