Playtesters needed for "Horror at Rendhold"

Hi folks!!

I have been working on a module for LL called "Horror at Rendhold" it will be for 3-5 1st level characters of a generally good nature. This will be released as a completely free module for the OGL community after playtesting. I just need some folks to be willing to play and give some input on how they like it. (LL is a clone of B/X - BECMI) It is not a long module - It prints out to something like 12 pages.

Any takers?

My playtesters would be my daughters, 8yo and 10yo. Both can be very critical though.

Just to be clear - I want to run the game as a PbP game, (I do not have a local game) make any final corrections (Powering up or down some of the baddies and treasure, which is for me the hardest thing to judge) and then I will give the players a first look at the final PDF.

As for PCs, I will be more then happy to let folks transfer in orphaned characters as i know some games where abandoned, and as long as its a Race is class system, LL would have a easy enough time transferring into a LL character.

Those who are not going to play and want a copy I will gladly give a copy, should be ready in a week or so as I have to merge the Map files, the Text, and the NPC sheets into one file that looks decent.

You should consider it, much like what rredmond, ToniXX, Argennian, XXXX*, and I are doing with the Legacy of the Unknown game.

But, I can see where you'd want to run it through first on your own before doing that.

*Man, we're having a hard time keeping Jeloon in action. Think rredmond has a fill-in coming up soon, though.

Hey DH, this ever get off the ground?

I noticed this one because your BECMI game is looking for players, and one of the new members is looking for that type of game. In searching for that I noticed this.

Let me know. If it can be converted to OSRIC (or if I can help with that) I'd love to get a copy of this to run.
