My old friend has been here for a while, and finally convinced me to join. I think it's just so he can kill my characters in another forum. Just dropping a note, as requested, to get posting privileges.
I've been playing since basic, I guess. Oozed into other editions and games as much time has progressed. While I still have many fond memories of 2nd edition, I think Star Wars D6 or Serenity have the most current appeal.
Good to meet other enthusiasts, and look forward to playing with you.

Welcome. There are always a number of good games running, but if nothing that strikes your fancy has openings, there is always something new being started. Plus, you can check the "What are you interested in running/ playing" thread to suggest something or see what others are thinking of running.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible.
