Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
Odilo motions for McCloud to stand aside and points at Urdak "Shall we try it as a team Urdak? What say you my beard brother?"

Odilo squares up to the door and helps Urdak [1d6] = 3 door opening

Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
Once the others are done, Quinn tries (unsuccessfully) to open the door.
[1d6] = 4 open door needs a 1-3

"Maybe some divine providence would help here."
Skarlos tries his luck
Door Opening [1d6] = 5
"Hmm I guess I am not in favour right now."

You seem to be stymied by a door...

Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
Ain' no door smartern a Dwarfn! (Well, maybe THIS Dwarf...) Urdak heaves his great pick and begins to hack away at the wooden obstacle until there is nothing but splinters remaining. He has, of course, forgotten his previous notions of a spear trap. That was like, 3 whole minutes ago, after all.
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
The best bit is that once we open it, its so not going to be worth it/helpful!
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
McCloud stands back and encourages the others in their attempts to vandalise the tomb.
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
Urdak heaves his great pick and bashing the door. After several loud minutes, he has broken a splintery hole in the door. Through it, he sees an east-west hallway. The opposite side of the door opens into a pit.

Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
We c'n getn across d'pit trappins! We done it b'forn! The Dwarf argues.
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
McCloud will dig into his sporran and bring out the bronze key and the golden dusty remains of the gold key. He will hand them over to Odilo and say "hope you have a better flick of the wrist than me" and will then help Urdak make the door hole bigger. He can cast another spider climb spell if we need to navigate over the pit traps.
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
OOC: Pretty sure we turned it clockwise twice and then counterclockwise twice. So it is back to where it was when we found it. Counterclockwise twice should be the left and left that the poem indicates.
Re: Ch. 6: One More Time Around
So—what's the plan? I think I see McCloud and Urdak talking about busting the rest of the way through the door to climb over the pit (though Urdak is not your best guide for strategic thinking). Odilo suggested fiddling with the keys. Whatcha gonna do?
