["Seeker" Jyrbian Talanador of the Bleeding Eye - Lvl 0] {HP:4/10} {AC:9}
Action: Recycling is the best way...

After berating the group once again for lacking in what Jyrbian see's as common sense he checks the two orcs that he kicked down, finding one with a broken neck and begins untying it and hands the rope to Cullivan and Esilia, "Now then, I have once again solved the problems for the group, your admiration is noted and your thanks granted." As he turns and walks to the now moaning bound orc he calls out to the druid and fairy over his shoulder, "Now make yourselves useful and save the Dwarf, I do not abide uselessness in my company!"

Jyrbian then kneels down to the still bound and moaning orc, He kneels down and forces the orcs head so that he is staring at Jyrbian. Jyrbian then speaks in a hushed tone so that only the orc and those truly trying to listen to him will hear, he speaks in orcish.
"Now then, you have the pleasure of being captured by Seeker Talanador. Know that your life is not necessary for my goals, If you do not tell me what I want to know then I will torture you, slowly and agonizingly painfully until you either die of the pain or I grow bored and decide to end it. You have one chance to save your meaningless life; You can serve me, and tell me what you know or I can make you beg for death pathetically. I give you a small portion of time to think things over before I decide for you."
Life is a roller coaster, if you don't stop to enjoy it then you may as well not even ride.

Esilia stands tall and looking away says,"I don't know what you're talking about mister. Now are you going to give me the rope or not?"
Gorthak hands the fairy one end of the rope. Then heads to the front door to close it even if he has to hold it shut.

Elktran - Dark Elf Psion - Lv 0 {Hp:10/10} {AC: 9}

Elktran sits by the hole that the dwarf is stuck in and calls down to him. "Are you still with us down there? We are sending someone down to help you, we are friends, I assure you. If you have your wits about you enough could you describe your situation?"

Gort - Savage 0 lv (HP: 10/10; AC 11)
Action: Climb back upstairs to help Seeker

Hearing commotion upstairs, Gort quickly makes to climb back up to assist Seeker. He wipes his bloodied fists on the half orc's clothing and strides to the ladder, ignoring what's going on around him. He'll climb to Seeker and see what's going on.

As he walks past those downstairs, he says "Gorthak! Gort go help crazy man upstairs."

Buckey, after considering the orc's words for a moment, responds: "we know exactly what we're doing here: kicking your ass, and the asses of all your idiot orc friends. Tell us what you were up to taking over this tower before you end up with a snapped neck, or worse."

Gort

Ah, okay. Sorry, was thinking he was upstairs. In that case, Gort will assist in freeing the dwarf any way he can help.

Summary:

Seeker kneels down near the remaining Orc, giving it an ultimatum in its native tongue. The Orc looks at Seeker with hate filled eyes, “Filthy curs, all of you. The Groo will crunch on your bones while you scream for mercy.” The orc spits blood into Seeker’s face and begins to struggle at its bonds, growling loudly. Gort stands nearby watching as the two converse, unsure what has been said, or the nature of the Orc’s struggles, then moves over to help with the Dwarf.

Esilia takes the end of the rope from Gorthak, carefully climbs down the drain and ties it to the moaning Dwarf. Elktran calls down to the Dwarf trying to sooth and keep him focused on survival. When she returns, several of the humans gently pull the Dwarf to freedom. Cullivan asks one of the others to get his pack. One of the Humans quickly climbs the ladder and returns a moment later with a small leather satchel. Cullivan works diligently to clean the Dwarf’s wounds and make him comfortable. “Let’s get him to a bed,” he says and three Humans begin moving him to the 2nd floor.

Gorthak closed the door on the 1st floor and bars it with a heavy wooden beam leaning against the wall nearby.

Buckey tries to respond to the Half-Orc’s comments, but Gort had already savaged the brute into silence, and thus could not retort. Having had his fill of resting, he finally gets to his feet felling refreshed but a bit sore.

As the three Humans disappear up into the second floor hatch the distant sound of scratching on stone is heard from the large hole in the floor that Gorthak dropped his torch and some loose rubble down earlier. The Horse and the two Donkeys begin to get restless and pull at their reigns.

Update:

The Human NPC's have all retired to the 2nd floor with the Dwarf. Only Gorthak, Buckey, Gort, Seeker, Esilia, Elktran, 1 dead Orc, 1 struggling Orc, 1 unconscious Half-Orc, a coup containing 1 chicken and Seeker's Molerat, the horse, and 2 donkeys remain on the 1st floor. The front door has been barred shut by Gorthak.

My OOC guess is the Groo. My in-character guess is something big and burrowing and scary.

Hickey grabs his axe once again and stands just clear enough of the hole not to be immediately grabbed by anything coming up out of it, but close enough to prevent an intruder from making an invasion into the chamber without going through him first.

"Where is our damnable healer? This is going to suck if I die right now only having killed a handful of orcs!" He shouts, to no one in particular.

["Seeker" Jyrbian Talanador of the Bleeding Eye - Lvl 0] {HP:4/10} {AC:9}
Action: Ultimatums are always a good idea

Jyrbian wipes the orc blood from his face, smearing it onto the orcs forehead, a menacing smile present on his face. He continues to converse with the bound orc in a whisper,
"You seem to misunderstand your position, you pathetic little worm. You will serve me and my purposes, I was merely giving you a choice on how you will fill your own role. You will serve me either alive or dead, it makes no difference to me. A living Orc is the same as a shambling abomination in my mind, I will give you another moment to decide your fate, because servitude is inevitable."

With that Jyrbian stands up and walks over to the hole, dragging the dead orc with him. He says calmly, "Let us find out if whatever is down there prefers orc meat, yes?" With out another warning he kicks the dead orc into the hole, looking back at the struggling orc and unconscious half-orc, smiling menacingly, "I wonder who will be next."

Gort - Savage 0 lv (HP: 10/10; AC 11)
Action: Give the approaching thing a half-orc snack

Gort snorts at the sound and says "Gort not know what coming, but maybe it hungry. Gort feed it." With that, Gort will drag the unconscious half orc toward the sound of the noise and after dropping it says "Gort go upstairs and look around now."

And then he'll go upstairs with his stuff. planning on heading all the way up to the top after searching the subsequent floors.

Difficulty Check Dex (15) [3d6+1] = 11+1 = 12

EDIT: Didn't see Seeker's actions, so in light of that, Gort will help him drag the half orc to the hole, then he'll go upstairs to poke around.

So now the dead orc and the unconscious half-orc are in the hole, probably being eaten by Groo. I say good work everyone!

Gorthak lvl0 Knight 7/10 HP
Action: Barricading door
Takes the wooden beam and uses it to sort of hold the door shut. He then perks up at the strange sound from the "pit" and shoves the dead orc body down after stripping all the possessions off it except for it's clothing. He then looks at the struggling orc "Would you like to tell us what is down there or would you like to be next on the menu?"

Summary

As Buckey redies himself, cursing the absence of a healer, Seeker grabs a dead Orc, dragging it to the edge of the pit, and tosses it in. As he peers into the darkness a soft yellowish-white glow meets his eyes from below. He makes out three distinct shapes climbing up the sides of the shaft. His first glimpse of them reveals them to be giant glowing Scorpions. The dead Orc body passes by, just missing one of them, and lands a few seconds later with a loud thud. The three Scorpions seem to pause as the body passes by and then turn and descend back from where they came as the thud echoes up the shaft.

Gorthak discovers a set of brackets to either side of the main door that the beam slides into snugly. After securing the door he quickly questions the Half-Orc, "Would you like to tell us what is down there or would you like to be next on the menu?" but gets no response.

Gort drags the Half-Orc near the pit and then heads upstairs casually to search the rest of the tower. He passes through the 2nd and 3rd floors, stopping at open the hatch to the 4th floor. He is greeted with darkness and a driving wind filled with pelting raindrops form the west wall of the room. A sudden crash of lighting outside briefly reveals an opening on the west wall. The ladder continues up into darkness.

["Seeker" Jyrbian Talanador of the Bleeding Eye - Lvl 0] {HP:4/10} {AC:9}
Action: I've seen where holes in the ground go before...

Jyrbian looks around the first floor again, grabbing any loose planks of wood long enough to fit over the hole, he will search the other floors for material as well until he can safely cover up the descending hole on the first floor. Afterwards he find anything heavy, such as furniture, requesting the aid of the others to move if necessary, and lays it on top of the now barricaded hole. Once all of that is completed he checks on his mole rat slave, "I do hope you have behaved yourself in my absence little one." He gets a bit more of his vegetation rations and places it into the coup, letting it land near the mole rat.

Actions: feeding the floor hole gods
strips the half-orc and kicks him into the hole before the planks are laid down and the oil poured. Nodding "Ah my work is done. Here let me help you with that oil." he then looks for more oil to help in the hole oiling process.
