Certainly, it is Black Obsidian, but how much obsidian will we need? We must save some to free his homeland, and as dear and noble as Kaleb is I need to consider the suffering of a nation of good innocent folk as well.

Doricin had a vial of powdered BO. That is in addition to the 10-20 lbs of pure uncut rock in the chest. Plate Armor is quite valuable, the armor will be left but the Magic will be consumed.

As long as we are talking about a % of our total stores of Black Obsidian, i agree. Can we get the DM to detail out how much we have and how much we need to donate?
