Ozborn will search the door and it's vicinity for traps and he will listen for noise beyond the door. If he doesn't hear anything he will check to see if it is locked. If it isn't locked he will wait for the rest of the group to assemble before slowly opening it to look inside.

Is a mechanism for triggering the trap visible? If it isn't, stepping over the wire might be the best option.

Oz turns his head in an attempt to use the light to reveal the location of the tripwire. "I'll do what I can to help you find the mechanism the wire is attached to, Andrin." Being cautious, he moves close to the wire and follows it's path to try to understand how to disarm the trap.

I think it would be fair if the DM made the rolls so the game can move along.

In my opinion, the fighters(Yoan, Ragnar, and Agrim) should rush in to help Belgos and Mist with the melee while the remaining members of the group concentrate missle fire on individual archers until they fall. The strategy redirects missle-fire and thins out the number of attackers in melee.
