Mustafa holds out his empty hands he has no package "What package do you mean? I have nothing on me." as he holds his hands out you can see a belt pouch at his bet and a dagger at his belt as well. As far as anyone can see he has no package of any kind. "What is it you want of me and why have you surrounded me?" he asks.

Krakus pulls his axe from from his belt. Gives Mustafa a look as though he is sizing up his neck for a good spot toclear his head from his shoulders. All mind games.

After Rician checks Mustafa over, he finds there is no evil intent on Mustafa's part and signals it to the party.

Rician says, "Look Mustafa, you obviously are up to your neck in some situation, let's be cool here and tell us about it and maybe we can help you."

Krakus gives a upset look when Rician speaks then smiles again quickly when hearing the last part of his sentence.

A Trapped Rat: Negotiating/Chatting with Mustafa the rat

Mustafa sighs and throws his hands up "Very well you have me I delivered the package earlier today before I when to the tavern. I was heading to my employer Maximitus Chrystatarius. He lives up this way. What do you care?" he says a bit testily until Krakus ploys the intimidation and threatening look of death. He swallows hard and pulls at the collar of his shirt/tunic "Alright look I'll give you directions to Domus Chrystatarius if you promise not to report my betrayal to Maximitus. I admit I know the red headed sorceress and have been her go between for the ingredients from the merchant. She makes some sort of drug with the stuff i guess. Me I stick to loose women and alcohol. That zzonga stuff is harsh." the man looks around with his eyes and very much lives up to his nickname of "the rat" looking every bit the part in this moment. However a shocking development in hearing the name Maximitus Chrystatarius as he is the very man that hired you to come to Thyatis so this leaves you wondering what to do next.
