Domus Maximitus: Gained Entry
As the group enters the Domus they walk into the Atrium. The atrium is the traditional center of a Thyatian house, something like a modern living room. The floor is covered by a beautiful mosaic portrait of Maximitus' great-grandparents, who built the house nearly a century ago. So far this is no sign of guards aside from those you encountered outside the gate/entrance. There are rooms to the left and right in the Atrium with doors closed. Moving forward more the room opens up to the left and right revealing 2 more doors. There is also an open room directly ahead. The room ahead is the Tablinium. This is like an office; besides day-today matters of the household and management of legitimate business dealings, it contains documents of family history (journals, imperial commendations, military honors, etc.). In this room stands a man dressed like a steward or butler. The man steps forward ready to greet the group
Carulius: the man bows slightly and introduces himself "I am Carulius the major domus for Maximitus how might I assist you and what might your business be as I see you made it past the guards you must have been in the appointment book so how might I help?"
Map: Domus Maximitus Revealed the doors are the red arrows on the map Next Actions?

Gildor
Gildor says, "Mustafa here forgot to inform the Domus of some critical information and needed to make urgent after hours meeting. Mustafa here you can lead us in."
Gildor keeps a hand on his shoulder firmly.

Rician, simply looks from Gildor to Carulius, to see if he'll lead them to the Domus.

Re: Part 2: Gladiator Initiations
Carulius looks at Mustafa and looks disgusted "I'm sorry but this man has no business here or with the master. We'd normally never let that one through the gates." Carulius looks like he is about to call the guards but pauses "What were your names the master did say he had some new gladiators but that one is not welcome here you however he may be willing to see."

Carulius "Certainly you gladiator's are welcome but that one is not I'd rather leave him with the guards or throw him in a cell."

Gildor
Gildor still holding on to Mustafa says, "Name is Gildor...I think the master will want to see this one. (Gildor points to Mustafa) I'll make sure he stays in line too."
Gildor has his left hand on Mustafas left shoulder and his shortsword to Mustafa's back.

Re: Part 2: Gladiator Initiations
Carulius gives a raised single eyebrow look as if he is unsure and disgusted at the sight of Mustafa "I'd prefer to have one of the masters guards go with you." he snaps his fingers and a familiar face appears the dwarf and half-orc that went to the land you used to be in to recruit you appear, Zon and Goruk. "These two will escort the ahem miscreant whilst you go speak with the master of the domus."
Zon and Goruk look at the group and give a bit of a wink and Goruk chuckles a bit. "We'll take care of the rat Carulius don't yah worry."

Rician will detect evil intent on Goruk. If none he says, "Very well, we can let you watch Mustafa, that is if it is ok with the others."
If evil intent is detected he says, "We will keep an eye on Mustafa ourselves, however you may escort us in, to discuss an urgent matter."

Re: Part 2: Gladiator Initiations
Apparently it's been a long time but the half-orc and dwarf were two of the ones that brought you guys to Thyatis with a drow they are not evil nor is their intent.

Re: Part 2: Gladiator Initiations
Onward
Carulius smiles and says "Very well now that we have that little business taken care of the master will see you now." he then leads you to Maximitus. He leads you out through a short hallway and into a large room (18) Peristyle: This is a pleasant little garden to walk around. In the middle of the peristyle is a water basin, known as an euripus. He leads you down the right side of the garden to a mid-sized room where Maximitus, and 2 others are dining. (20) Triclinium: This is the main dining room of the domus. It has three large dining couches, and the fresco on the walls is of a Kerendan hunting scene. At the time of the characters' arrival at Domus Maximitus, the master of the house is in the triclinium dining with Elemaledai and Diocletian Lascaroxenos.
Maximitus stops his dining and conversation with the other two and asks "Alright gladiators what business is so urgent that you would leave your cells? I must admit I'm quite peeved and have half a mind to send you back to your cells! Unless you have news for me of what I hired you to seek out in the first place."
Elemaledai glares at the group "I don't like them send them away at once Maximitus!" the look in her eyes though you can tell she is far gone possibly drunk or she's been sampling her own goods (zzonga) "They're rude and if they don't leave I'm going to kill them."
Maximitus holds a hand up silencing Elemaledai. "Well out with it what is your business or head back to your gladiator cells. I'm not even going to ask why you brough Mustafa with you to my home, I'd like him escorted out when you leave."
Diocletian however silently watches and listens waiting to hear what the group has to say or do. Diocletian is the brother-in-law of Maximitus' first wife. He is also a cleric he was in attendance at the dinner in the senator Heleneties domus that you all went to.
The half-orc and dwarf guards/gladiators both nod at the order that Mustafa be escorted from the domus when the group leaves.
Mustafa squirms and acts like he is about to bolt for the exit, but the two guards grab his arms stopping him.

Rician says, "Domus Maximitus, your gladiators are being drugged by Zzonga, which is made into wine, which makes the user pleasant & happy but unambitious.",
"The supplier of this drug is in the company of which you seek, and is none other than Elemaledai, herself, a fact that Mustafa here can back up, as he has been the courier of the drug."
"Elemaledai, would give the drug to the merchant Rufus, in the warehouse district, whom then passed it on to Mustafa.",
"Mustafa, told us that you, yourself, Domus, is his employer. Thus, it is you, that has been drugging his own gladiators, to fix the fights."
