Scenario #2: New Beginnings
Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
VLEX SREENAK : Male Goblin Fighter : Chain mail w/ great helm : AC 5: Short Sword & Military Pick : 7 / 12 HP's
Lackey Sidekick: Wroig : Male Goblin Fighter : Studded Leather w/ Shield : AC 6 : Spear & Dagger : 7 / 12 HPs
If one of the others can start prying open the chest with their sword, Vlex will then jam his military pick in the gap to try and pop the lock off.

Vlex Jams the military pick between the lock latch and chest and gives it a yank:
Strength Check (15): [1d20] = 17
Bend Bars / Lift Gate (7%): [1d100] = 11
Only to have it not budge for him!

Praek will taste one and see what happens. Once he knows he will taste the second one.

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
Seeing they are at a decent resting point, Madadam tells Biskins to keep watch from the walk where the fighting took place. He then pulls out the metal box with the ioun stones. Me find this in the yard. Much wizard-power here. He throws one of the gray prisms into the air to see if it still has enough magic to float around his head.
Opening the box you find a bunch of ioun stones inside, when counted up there is a total of 9 stones in the old metal case. 4 of the stones are gray prisms, if you were to guess they likely are burned out or used up if the had magic at all. 1 of the stones is a clear spindle, another 1 is a lavender and green ellipsoid, there is also 1 pale lavender ellipsoid, 1 is a dusty rose prism, and 1 is a pearly white spindle.

Good Job Keeng! here you can keep this as your reward. Praek hands over the acid to Keeng. Then tries the same with the other vial, dribbling a small amount on some wood.

Madadam slaps Keeng on the back, praising him and admonishing the rest. You see that Keeng saved Praek's life. Why don't the rest of you think of that?

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
The gray ioun stones fly up in the air by power of the toss/throw and gravity being as it is they come back down and smash on the floor no signs of any magic in them left. ooc: sorry about that Rusty.
