Korin "Cause that's how we were told it was seen happenin. Witness told us he seen lizardmen takin some monk fella named Minn and they gone in this mound here. Didn't tell us which entry though."

As the others go about there business, they suddenly hear Norbold go,

"Ahhhh! Shit!, Ahhouch! Ouch! Guys, Guys they are attacking! Korin get your dang boots in here!"

You will see that Norbold is getting webbing shoot upon him!

If the webbing has not hindered Norbold yet:

Phoneix yelps quietly at the cleric’s cry! ”They are attacking! Oh my oh my oh my!” Nervously he grips onto his coloured sand and waits at the entrance to the caves. ”Norbold, retreat, let them follow you up the tunnel. We can use the space to bottleneck them and I may get a chance to cast my colour spray over them all!” he squeeks.

Thorelf drops his stick, draws his dagger (torch in other hand) and takes position next to the entrance, backstab position should any spider emerge.

Hisses "fuuuuuuu....."

Players: tell me where you are relative to Thorelf and Phoenix, and I will put you in the map.

Perhaps we should wait on the DM to decide exactly how much we can even hear since 4 of us are well withdrawn from this scenario.
I refrain from "jumping" into action as Korin since I have some doubts we can even hear Norbold from outside the mound and inside the last entry.

Correctly observed, GW. None of the 3 PCs standing outside entrance #4 can see what's happening to Norbold on the threshold of the chamber 10' inside entrance #3 (which I PM:ed to Pyro only).

Only Ox, not yet entirely out of the passage, might have had a chance of noticing something going on (which I PM:ed Dram only).

Korin waits then not hearing anyone following him heads back out to see where everyone is. I'm just gonna RP like the "cat isn't out of the bag" for me. "Eh where's Norbold? Where yah all goin?"

Ox cast Magic missile upon the spider that got ahold of Norbold. In here quick the spiders took Norbold for their dinner.

With Dram's post above, game continuity is now 'back on track' again. Even though Phoenix picks up muffled squawks from within, all outside still of course cannot see whatever is going on inside. But please feel welcome and free to react to Ox' call as you see fit. Game on!
