Got any ideas for me? I'm a bit stuck, Oath-wise... (I need to roll Oath-wise  )
It just needs to be a bounded promise, so you can recognize when it is complete. For more fun, it can be something that makes sense for her reprimanding as a boy but is more embarassing as a man. It should still be relevant now, ideally, so you can't yet be accused of breaking it.

"I swear to obey Hagatha's wisdom without argument the next time she asks it of me."
"I swear to stand as Hagatha's champion should she be accused in [Dogma's brother's] death."
"I swear to sing lullabies to the children in Hagatha's care until she finds me humble."
"I will ensure Hagatha always has the best portion of my meal, in repentance for my greed."

- First Dwarves-wise B5
Also add Fear-of-Mirkwood-wise B3. (Unless you want Weather-wise.)

As far as I remember, "shoddy" means it's simply not Dwarf-made, i.e. it's "run of the mill".

That's correct - which means your knife can have the stats of a dirk, if you like. You don't need to downgrade it.

I think I'll go with Weather-wise - fits the future foretelling concept.

Updated sheet, I think I have everything.
Thanks for the Oath ideas! "For more fun, it can be something that makes sense for her reprimanding as a boy but is more embarassing as a man" - this is great! I picked the lullaby one, because 1) it's awesome, and 2) because Favrick actually has a singing skill.
My Greed is...
Base 3
+ 1 Greed if Will exponent is 4 or lower.
+ 1 if you saw the other homes/ruins. (Looks like it applies to Niping and Favrick.)
Has the character witnessed an outsider (Elf, Man, Ore, Roden, etc.) in possession of a work of Dwarven Art? If so, + 1 Greed

Total of B6. I'm shifting to G1. In Favrick's case, it means that being away from other dwarves somehow made his Greed appear less often, but when it does, it holds the power of all the furnaces of Khazad Dum!

Quick check:
* you list greed as G1 and G2
* check your Circles. I think it is B2
* do any of your skills need toolkits? Are you okay not having them? (Runecasting, for example)

Greed is G1 (it was B6 - 5 = G1).
Circles is B2.
I'm definitely NOT OKAY not having a toolkit for my runecasting  Thanks for reminding me.
Unfortunately, it means I have to re-thing my resource-spending. A toolkit is pricey, 10 rps. I'm replacing my mount, my sturdy shoes, and my traveling gear with the toolkit... Ouch.

It is 10pts for masterful Dwarven tools that give you +1D. (Certainly appropriate for runes of the First Dwarves acquired from the Penitents.)

You can get average tools for only 5pts.

Your Traveling Gear is the toolkit for Survival skill... Important skill to you, but several kits in the group.

It is also possible for you to make or buy tools in-play, if appropriate.

You have the outfit you are wearing, rather than a wardrobe suitable for your station.

Excellent hard choices. It tells us about Favrick. After 20 years, he is finally returning home. He had to sell his pony. He is wearing his last set of travel-stained clothing with nothing to change into before meeting the Nobles he left. He walked until his boots have holes in them. But he has the gear of adventure, and a pristine set of First Age runestones, protected and cherished. :)

Since he did face adventure, did you want him to have a more formidable weapon, too? He would have been trained as an Axe Bearer if he hadn't left - does he carry an axe? A hammer of the more humble footsoldiers?

Yes, exactly!

Weapons, weapons... I'm not sure.
I think he would see an axe something too "conspicuous", so to say, too "dwarfy". Maybe he carries a hammer, hidden? A dwarven crossbow would be great, though, as crossbows are his main weapon of choice.

Well, you bought the shoddy crossbow, so you're covered there.

My question is more that, you bought shoddy weapons, which covers as many weapons as are appropriate. I would suggest that, in his adventuring experience, only carrying a knife is unwise. ;) He can pick up another weapon or two.

From page 554 in the book, I'd suggest:
Hatchet (Power 2, Add 2, WS 3, Short) if he wants something else concealable and utilitarian.
Light axe (Power 3, add 2, ws 2, VA 1, Long) for something appropriate to his race and station.
Short spear (Power 2, add 2, WS 3, Longer) for something both non-dwarfy and more effective (as he can hold wildlife or opponents at bay)

All of those are one-handed, so he could still be free for other actions, torch holding, holding his back-up knife etc., and thus more versatile.

I'll add a short spear and a light axe, then.
