Dungeon Master:

Player Actions Round 1 : Segment 7:

There are 2 Goblins left standing in the Entry Foyer, they are still overwhelmed by the party members however for one more segment.

Procyon: Runs back to the other room to retrieve his javelin.

Teladrin: Teladrin fires two more arrows, one at each of the goblins in the foyer.

Bow (Point Blank) To Hit: [1d20+6] = 18+6 = 24, Damage: [1d6+2] = 6+2 = 8 (Result is doubled)
Bow (Point Blank) To Hit: [1d20+6] = 14+6 = 20, Damage: [1d6+2] = 5+2 = 7 (Result is doubled)

Hemlocks: Slices the throats of the 3 Entangled Gobins & searches them & the sacks they left behind

Arn: Is helping the Merchants in Suite 1

Jenks: Still hanging back in the hallway???

The Doctor: Still hanging back in the hallway???

Oddgar: Swings his Longsword, however he slips but does not fall.

Teladrin will retrieve any of his arrows that are still usable before searching the three dead goblins in the foyer.

Dungeon Master:

The Merchant Wife after breathing a sigh of relief after seeing her Husband brought back to consciousness, responds to Arn,

"Oh, Thank You, so much for reviving my Husand ! "

"They picked the Suite's lock while we slept, then came in, my Husband & Cubbie, tried to hold the goblins back, but one of them got a hold of me & said not to say a word,

then they knocked him down with a morningstar & then Cubbie ran out into the hall, after that three of them went after the dog."

"These foul creatures have been raiding Gaer Annobaith, frequently as of late, however this is the first time they raided the Inn itself."

"These Goblins appear to simply be trying to plunder what they can carry while eliminating anything in their way."


Teladrin, finds nothing of value on the Goblins themselves other than thieves tools on one of them.

The doors to the kitchen & dinning area are open.

Elusev Coldharbor:

Once Elusev is properly equipped he will search the rooms not yet searched, if nothing is there then he will head outside and search the surrounding area for any more goblins, getting information from any guards if he sees them.
Life is a roller coaster, if you don't stop to enjoy it then you may as well not even ride.

Dungeon Master:

Elusev finally gets into his leather armor & proceeds up the hallway sees suite #2 door still closed & finds Jenks & The Doctor, whom tell them about the goblins in the suite & foyer.

Elusev peers into the suite & sees 3 goblins still entwined (it hasn't been 10 minutes yet), in tree branches with blood everywhere dripping down from them,

a merchant now sitting up on the floor rubbing where the goblin's morningstar whacked him, his wife & Arn by his sides talking.

Elusev then goes into the entry foyer & sees Teladrin & Oddgar rummaging through sacks while 3 goblins lay on the floor.

Oddgar tells Elusev he did not spot anymore Goblins in the dinning area or kitchen.

Elusev then opens the front door, & peeks out, he hears the sounds of shouting & perhaps fighting in the distance near the fort.

Cayley & Tuireann will be arriving shortly. (Elusev does not see them yet as Mugg's stable is behind the Inn.)

Elusev then quietly goes looking for a guard, as he makes his way towards the fort it is not long until he is surrounded by guards with weapons at the ready.

"Halt Stanger! Identify yourself!"

Meanwhile, back at the Inn Cayley & Tuireann, arrive at the front door & proceed to quietly peer inside, they now see Teladrin, Oddgar, The Doctor & Jenks inside the entry foyer talking

amongst themselves, while getting ready to move the Goblin bodies outside.

After searching the dead goblins, and finding thief tools on them, Hemlocks goes up the tavern manager. Handing him a bag of tools, Hemlocks speaks. "You really need to secure this tavern better. These locks on your doors and windows are a joke and can be easily picked by the simplest of tools and the dumbest creatures! I suggest that all your doors and windows be secured using deadbolt locks that fasten when in the down position. Than the only to open the locked door or window, from the outside, would be to smash it down."

Turning and walking toward his room, he mumbles out one last word of advice. "It is for your and patrons safety that it be done..."

"Perhaps we can pick up there trail and follow it back to their nest?" Teladrin proposes.

If there are no objections he will search the area around the inn for goblin tracks.

Dungeon Master:

A while later the Fort Guardsmen, after a long noticeable quite, are going about giving the 'All Clear' signal to the villagers around the Gaer Anobaith's Fort.

The Guards mention to Elusev how many Goblins & Worgs were taken down & he tells the group.

This after offering his help & then going towards the last pocket of battle noise, which died down when Elusev arrived.

Mugg Grimhammer, whom was in his home guarding is family until the 'All clear', comes over to the Inn to check on things.

Visibly upset over the break-in by the goblins, he is happy to see everyone is still alive.

Mugg gets a lecture on locks from Hemlocks, & Mugg tells him, he will heed Hemlocks' advice.

Mugg also reaffirms that he will join the party.

When questioned about why no answer from suite 2, Mugg says that it is Idhrenwen's Room.

Mugg tells the party these are the Rothad Zemet or Rotting Eye Tribe of Goblins, whom are known to be in the Marmor Quarry area, of which Idhrenwen, went to investigate.

Mugg says to Cayley,

"Yes let us question this Goblin!"

Ok, so at this point the party members can go question the tied-up goblin, after getting the goblin bodies outside for the guardsmen to pick-up.

Walks over to Jenks and relates to him the merchant's wife's story.

'The woman says the goblins were just here trying to plunder random loot, but I wonder if there wasn't something else they were trying to find.

They seemed intent on tearing that room apart, perhaps they were searching for something in particular.'


He gives the goblin a livid stare, then walks back out to let Jenks do his unscrupulous work undisturbed.

'I will be outside helping to repair whatever damage has been done. I will let you know if I come across anything else you should 'ask' the goblin.'

Saunters up to the goblin and brings his face down close to the goblin's ear.

"My companions are quite vengeful," he says conspiratorially. "It's all rather grisly, I'm afraid. If I were you, I'd start trying to make friends fast."
