Magic Missile [1d4+1] = 3+1 = 4

Question for the DM: Can all 3 of the MM's all be shot at once, or do they need to be used once per round?
all at once.

did I use a charge from my cane at the man in the stables,I didn't see any mention of it?
yes the cane mm is what helped to overkill the man in the stables.

Ok then.... in that case, she will shoot the other two at the 7 footer also. (13 points of damage total)
Magic Missile [1d4+1] = 4+1 = 5

Alright obviously I need to organize the battles more like the other game i am running on here.

Battle Between the Inn & Stables: Round 2

The PC's and NPC's tied on init.
NPC's:
Burl: Missed Crow
Gang members 1-7: rushed to the others at the stable area.

PC's:
Crow: hit Burl
Shay: hit Burl
Arastor: hit 2 of the charging men
Doric: hits one of the men with his twig and they are suddenly on the ground with a log pinning them down for the round they will need to use round 2 to get back up. He then hits one of the charging men with his staff.
Rician: takes a wild swing hitting nothing but air
Zylax: dagger throw injuring a gang member.

Currently: Burl is dead now 3 of the runners are injured a 4th is in a bit of pain but not harmed too much under a log. 3 of the men are not hurt at all.

I was confused as it sounded like Zylax did the MM prior to this fight on either Burl or the dead man in the stables so it was a bit confusing to me. So is the dagger for this round or the next?

Doric will take another swing at any opponent still in range and fighting, if none engage him, he will swing at the one encumbered by the log, hoping to knock him unconscious for later questioning

Quarterstaff strike [1d20] = 5 damage sml/med [1d8] = 5 lg [1d6+1] = 4+1 = 5

the first mm from cane was at the man in the stables. The second was my spell aimed to the left of the charging group, then throwing a dagger to the left of the group. If I'm getting to far ahead I will wait until I hear from you
Thanks

We missing anyone?

After the giant of a man falls to the combo of sword and magic the hooded figure will quickly clean and sheath his sword, pick up his bow and fire at the still fighting bandits.

Crow Long Bow: [1d20+2] = 11+2 = 13, Damage: S/M[1d6] = 2, L[1d6] = 4

So, this is actions for round 3 then? I'm a little lost.

If so.....

Shay will stay away from the melee. Even using her action to run away if necessary. If she can find some cover she will use her sling and rock one of these bandits.

Attack w/ Sling [1d20] = 2 Damage [1d4+1] = 3+1 = 4 that probably misses
