Doric will engage any nearby, again, trying to knock the one extricating himself from the log unconscious if none are near.

Quarterstaff strike [1d20] = 16 damage sml/med [1d8] = 5 lg [1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3

The hooded figure knocks another arrow, his shoulders raise briefly before lowering as he takes a breath to steady his aim. He raises the bow towards one of the remaining two bandits still fighting and looses the arrow. The arrow flys through the air and finds it's mark perfectly, hitting with incredible force.

Crow Long Bow: [1d20+2] = 20+2 = 22, Damage: S/M[1d6] = 6, L[1d6] = 4
Crit so total damage done is 12.

one remaining bandit unfortunately even if he turns to run everyone that has not attacked goes first.

Since we have one man left, can Doric blindside grapple with him? That is, if no one is shooting, swinging or doing outright bodily harm with him at the immediate moment. If so, that will be Doric's action...if not...he'll simply step back and see if he can find any who need assistance and binding of wounds besides himself

Shay senses the Druids intentions and holds off on any attack to see if the last bandit can be detained.

Is the bandit running away still visible? I'll even throw in a wisdom roll since that pertains to a characters surrounding area... :)

Crow Wisdom(13): [1d20] = 10

If not then Crow will knock another arrow and slowly approach the group as Doric grapples with the remaining bandit, his hood still up.

No need for actual grapple rules, just catch him to a knock down and roll clear. We have enough people to surround him with weapons once down.....your call though. Just looking for someone to interrogate.

plenty to capture these are not all of the gang. plus one ran off towards the northern section of town might be able to find him.

Oh, just peachy. It would have been one of the questions we asked him, but since it is answered, perhaps we should kill him and withdraw. The stables are aflame, any magical item that guy had will likely be destroyed in the fire... and we could use some healing and reorganization? Any suggestions or ?

Shay

Perhaps this isn't the best time to bring this up but..... She looks around apologetically at the rest of the party. If this "gang" is comprised of mostly normal men that have somehow been beguiled into believing there leader is someone more than he actually is, then should we really be just killing all of these bandits?

What I mean to say is......are they actually being evil or just currently following the wrong leader?

Shay will use her innate power to detect any lies that this captured bandit might tell while being questioned by the group.

Haven't actually captured either remaining bandit. One is currently fleeing and possibly being shot at or fled. The other we're debating "grappling rules" vs. outright slaying. You have a point, and just so you are aware...Doric attempted to slay the big fellow in the stables because he had killed a keeper of animals, a man who cared for Obad-Hai's creatures with compassion and it was balance to return the favor. He was not attempting to start combat or such, just using the sense of karmic justice of the neutral class. So, we going to be able to knock this guy down in a tussle or are we hoping to kill both and beat feet back out and replan with Robin and his "Mary" men?

Arastor keeps his arrow nocked but slowly walks to where Doric and the bandit are, looking around to see if there are any others approaching the commotion.
