Does my character notice that he's inaudible ? I.e. does he still hear himself talking (and thinks all is OK) or does he notice that what he just said made no sound

Dungeon Master Response:
Luna realizes he had made no sound!

While de-throating orcs and believing-that-he-is-speaking-so-that-others-can-hear, Luna at the same time casts a glance towards Odderick to see how far he has come with his Trindon-freeing.

=============================================
Dungeon Master Response:

I will break this down into 2 moves, for segment 6 you try to communcate with Trindon as you glance over (Since you still see Trindon) on your step over to the sleeping Orcs.
During segment 7 you will do the Orc Throat slitting, (for this just keep rolling a D20 until you hit normally, for AC 6 & add +4) ( a roll of 15 will mean Orc Throat is slitted & orc is dead)

When stating your actions, think of each action/dialog as 1 panel in a comic book, thus each panel is like 1 segment during a combat round. (This Tip is thanks Dungeon Master Rukellian!)

Good call Pulp.

Trindon sees Odderick confused and calling to Luna. Trindon is confused as well. After it seems that Luna doesn't seem to know he can't be heard, Trindon also says to Luna (very pronounced with his mouth, but still under a net): I can't hear you!

Orc #4: is asleep.
Orc #6: is asleep.

Clem: is asleep, dreaming about Puppies.
Orc #7: is asleep.

Odderick: Is dazed by the unexpected attack, but his training kicks in.
He grabs up his halberd from when he'd been trying to pry up the net with it, and swings it in an uppercut at whoever just beaned him with a mace!

To Hit [1d20] = 1 Damage [1d8] = 4

Another fumble! Still reeling from the blow, Odderick's actions are wobbly and ineffective! How ineffective? [1d100] = 58 So it was just a wild wide swing!

Garbonzo: is asleep.

Luna: is near Orcs #7 (Thoat Slashed) & #9.

GM: thanks for the comic strip allegory! While I get the hang of what can be done in segments or not, below please see breakdown of Luna's next actions - perhaps you can help distribute them over appropriate no. of segments if I'm not near the computer the next hour or so

Short-term:

1. Luna understands Trindon's mime and realises that dealing with Radac is more urgent than current orc-deleting (Dungeon Master Response: This occured in Round 1: Segment 8)

2. Removes any weapons from dead orc #7's and sleeping orc #9's grip and throws them far away (Dungeon Master Response: This occurs in Round 1: Segment 9)

3. switches to quarterstaff (while stashing away his dagger) (Dungeon Master Response: This occurs in Round 1: Segment 9)

4. rushes to aid Rondoel in fighting Radac (Dungeon Master Response: This occurs in Round 1: Segment 10)

5. pummels Radac elegantly with: Staff, quarter, to hit: [1d20] = 17, damage: [1d6] = 2 (Dungeon Master Response: This occurs in Round 1: Segment 10)

6. keeps fighting Radac next round, not so well this time though: Staff, quarter, to hit: [1d20] = 6, damage: [1d6] = 6 (Dungeon Master Response: This occurs in Round 2: Segment 1)

Medium-term:

1. If and when Radac is neutralized, run to assist Odderick in fighting Tenebaum

2. While keeping an eye on sleeping orcs lest they come to

Long-term strategy:

1. Resume orc decapitation

To Hit: [1d20+4] = 7+4 = 11 Damage [1d6] = 1 (Dungeon Master Response: This will be for Round 2: Segment 1)

To Hit: [1d20+4] = 20+4 = 24 Damage [1d6] = 2 (Dungeon Master Response: This will be for Round 2: Segment 3)

Give that bastard a critical :D [1d100] = 68

(Dungeon Master Response: Ok, if i use that Critical Hit table for Missile weapons, it would be Triple Damage so 6 HP instead of 2 HP)

Round 2: Segment 1 of 10 states that "Orc #7: is asleep." but also "#7 (throat slashed)" - - did Luna not finish it off ?

I also wondered a bit about needing to roll when slicing sleeping victim's throats. As I'm new here I don't know if it's bad form to quote the PHB (?? if so, please tell me and I will cease ASAP ;) ) but it does say this about the sleep spell "Note that sleeping creatures can be slain automatically at a rate of 1 per slayer per melee round."

===================================================
Dungeon Master Response:
At that point the (D20) roll is for describing your attempt at slicing the Orc's throat & nothing more.
Thus why i said to just keep rolling until you hit (a 15 on a D20). Any roll lower than a 15 just goes to say your attempt was botched in some silly ways before you finally got the clean cut, that's all!

Orc #7 will die from the deep slashed throat wound from the bleeding!

Trindon is free! No time to celebrate. He immediately bends down and retrieves his 2 javelin. He looks up to see Tenebaum bearing down on him, and immediately chucks the javelin in his left hand at Tenebaum. He then takes the other javelin and sets to receive the charge as best possible. If any hostile looks to be casting another spell, Trindon will sprint to the spellcaster, and ready a melee attack with javelin #2. I'm sure he can outrun any of these foos!! I think I need a few more javelin!!

ATTACK: [1d20+2] = 2+2 = 4
Van DAMAGE: [1d6] = 5

Ok, Trindon's Actions for Round 2: Segment 1 noted!
