S.C.A.M.P. stands at attention and lets out a soft bark of agreement. The robo-dog can't resist a good hunt.

Permafrost: "Foreman you say? He might have some info that we could use.... Let's find the man before we leave this place, shall we?" She then looks to Raven as she speaks in a hushed tone towards him, "he might know more about Rook Industries and how to get into Atlas City..."

"Down that hallway right?" She points towards the remaining corridor as she heads in that direction on a suspended bridge of ice, gliding like a skater with great speed.

Raven nods at Elsa's words, setting off with the group to search for the foreman, he is content to wait a bit longer for his promised sword.

As the group progresses down the corridor that the guards fled into, the path turns sharply to the left. It extends for another 80 ft or so before it hits what appears to be a room situated in the middle of a larger one, a large cubicle of sorts with windows. You can see some activity inside from a distance, but you cannot determine what specifically. The door to the room is not in immediate view.

Raven conceals himself as much as he can, moving quietly towards the larger room to get a better look at what activity is going on.

Both Steve and Aether successfully teleport to underneath the two windows outside the inner room. Raven too sneaks just far enough in to get a good idea of what is going on. There is plenty of noise inside, shouts of panic as two guards and another man is found quickly darting back and forth between computers and filing cabinets. They do not notice your presence.

Here is a quick map of the current situation. The circled exclamation points would be the armed guards, the last one would be the foreman.

The minds are easily read in the chaos and confusion that is ensuing. The two guards have just been ordered to help salvage whatever they can from the room before ditching the place and bringing it down with explosives. The foreman is giving said orders and also worrying about why he cannot get a hold of anyone on the outside. It has been at least a day since the communications black out, from what you can gather. Strange information considering that Scamp and Steve has only been here for a couple of hours.

So, considering the possibility of Scamp giving us that information via mind talky stuff do we rush them before the explosives are triggered?

It would appear as if the foreman is the one with the detonator. From what you can gather, they don't plan on exiting the same way you all came in. The details on this are fuzzy for some reason, as if the man does not want to think on it too much.

"Well, what's the gameplan folks? Should I rush in and yell freeze all cliche like, all the while freezing them in place? Or do we want to do this Raven-style and try to take them out with stealth?" Permafrost has adopted the mind speaking approach, in light of her companion's abilities, a very handy form of secret communication she thinks.

Raven, trying out the mind talky stuff as well, "I like my way, stealth and hitting people in the face works so far."

A moment later the group receives another message from Raven's mind, it seems he is mentally playing the theme song of james bond and does not realize he has sent it to the others.
