Looking over the situation he stop his companions. "Has anyone tried just pulling it instead of pushing?"
That being said, he reaches out to try giving it a little tug.

Keanu Krakus steps aside fer the smart fellar. If the door does not open I guess we got ourselves a battering ram. As he slaps Arastor on the shoulder.

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
Lol well you have given us some levity Keanu maybe a NPC igor that looks like him is on the other side of the door.
Using muscle the door didn't budge by much it moved about a portion of an inch just enough to prove it is well latched. Arastor finds the door is still locked. Push or Pull neither made it open. The doors to the East have yet to been tried at all.
Actions? Choices? Strategies? Battering Ram?
Situation:
North Door: Locked & very sturdy. No sounds heard, No traps located.
East Door: left untouched other than it was located by Arastor.
Party: Quite fatigued after the multiple battles with no rest since long before entering the caverns. Also fairly hungry.
Time: fairly late in the afternoon around 5-6pm

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
Crow, for what it's worth, will investigate the other door. As he makes his way out, he'll quietly say "We should keep an eye on that door now that whoever is behind it knows we are here..." Moving to the other door, he'll listen for any tell tale activity, check for traps, and try his hand at the lock, if any.
Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
Bandir says, "I'll keep an eye on it or in that direction so he can stay with the party as they try the other door as needed."
Arthur says, "I'll help where needed should the other door need some muscle."

Oh and 1,000,000 xp for the DM's use of awesome photos to point out my PC naming goof up. That was funny.

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
The Eastern door no traps are found. The locks prove again too elusive for Crow. Pressing a ear to the thick door proves again to be of little use as the rogue hears nothing.

"I think Arthur and I agree that a rest would be nice. We should all get some food in us as well. Let's get a secure spot and make a small fire. We can take watches I think Arthur and I will need to meditate as well", mentions Bandir

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
to clarify the locks couldn't be picked on either door a open doors roll wasn't used only a strength roll was issued to one door. Not the same effect.

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
The party easily gives up on the doors for now retreats beyond the trap door in the floor which is once more closed. Back towards where the werewolf den once was. The party intends to rest recover spells and do some eating and healing. For how long has not yet been determined... A watch has not yet been planned or organized. The only sounds are of the water dripping into the pool that Krakus kicked the werewolf heads into and there are still furs and werewolf blood on the cave floor and a musty stench from the decaying werewolf bodies.

Re: Part 4: Inside The Wolves Den
Crow, still shaking his head at the $%*(% doors, is too wired to sleep just yet and can take the first watch as the party rests. He'll spend the next few hours staying out away from the party so as to best hear any unexpected approaches. Weapon relaxed but ready, he reflects on the adventures of the day and wonders what tomorrow may bring...

OOC: anyone need healing?
Mathias will use a CLW before resting and praying for it again.

Arthur and Bandir say, "Care if we have the first two watches? Then we can rest and recover spells?"
