Victor is continuing to try and speak to this goblin.
Oh yes, Ok, Victor tries Ogrish since he does not know goblin, while Idonea, Lutha, Maya, Wexley would understand what the goblin says.

Victor Says to the Goblin,

"Speak Orc? Ogre?" if the goblin knows either language he will begin negotiating with it.

Goblin to Victor,

"Yes, speak both I do."

Note: I notice some of the characters do not have their languages fully filled out! As usual you start with Common, your alignment language, thieves have the Cant, then you add any additional bonus language your Intelligence Score grants you & or your character class/level grants you.

Mr. Choe :

collects the bear skin -- he has plans for that fashion statement at a later date.

What next? Should we press on or retreat -- to help Maya?

Victor:

Victor gives Choe a very dangerous look before remembering himself and donning his usual casual and joking demeaner,

"How could you say such a thing about my dear Maya! I figured those fantastic skills in clothing was only a humble facade to hide your brilliancy!"

He walks back to the group and Maya, dragging the bound Goblin with him.

Also, i accidently messed up one of Monkeywrench's posts a few posts back, it is now exactly the same as this post, Sigh.

Mr. Choe

Do not misunderstand me folks - I would never abandon Maya. Do we have the means to heal her? Or do we need to withdraw until she is stronger?

Choe finally has a word for Father T.

I have 1/2 a mind to practice my 1 inch punch on you -- holy man indeed!

Kormak:

"Oh well I can make him wholly." he heaves the two handed sword and smiles "It might pinch a little."

Lutha Cee & Wolfram:

Lutha, to anyone: "I speak goblin, if needed"

Yes, Wolfram would very much like to try out that mace, if that's OK with the others

Make sure you put it in your inventory & weapons as 'Tenebaum's Mace' for now!

Lutha Cee & Wolfram:

Yeah. Even though my character Lutha has had enough of T. (and Wolfram not quite experienced enough to bother about intel opportunities) I myself am very curious 8-)

At the mention of someone speaking Goblin Victor stands up,

"Why didn't anyone say that to begin with! I'm over here trying to speak Ogre to a goblin, which is just silly!"

He motions for Lutha to question the goblin while he see's how Maya is doing. Joining the conversation with Choe and the others.

Victor, I do believe the Clerics, those that are apparently good anyway,"

He smiles to Sister Opal, giving her a thumbs up before continuing,

"Have used up their divine gifts for the day, with the current state of us and Maya I would say it is best to retreat for now, heal our wounds and report back, those merchant friends are probably dead, along with the first group.

Probably sacrificed to whatever God this dark cleric serves."

He lightly but not really that lightly kicks Tenebaum to show the others who he is speaking about.

Dungeon Master:

Idonea passes Tenebaum's scroll case around to the spell-casters. "Anyone want to take a look at what he was casting?"

She returns her attention to Tenebaum. "Caught your breath? Good. Enjoy them while you may. Who is raising the undead? And why?"

Dungeon Master:

After repeated attempts to get Fr. Tenebaum to answer Idonea, he finally says,

"My Dear Idonea, it is the worshippers of the Hidden Temple, followers of the lovers Nergal & Erishkigal."

"The Undead are our slaves, Dear."

When Victor takes a look at the scroll in the scroll case, he finds it is now blank.

Lutha Cee:

On Victor's suggestion, Lutha questions goblin #6:

"Bozw-ah dal marrrh tchuk teh! Zamomm teh! Chudd waaaah-lah war sazh-cheh?"

"Nukk-cheh de waquacha n'aarh. Evwanha dal, rr'uarrh dall, chwag hamm-ah ?

"Atch-aaaha wawr sazh eh-ge nowann, ruarr mowk?"

Translation is pm:ed to GM. If goblin #6 lies where he was stunned, and Idonea & Wexley are over where Tenebaum fell, then they can't hear Lutha clearly enough even if they understand goblin. They only hear fragments like"...in this cave" and "...what lies behind"

Idonea:

"Nergal and Erishkigal? Can one of you holy types fill me in, here? These are underground gods, right? We've got ourselves a death cult?"

To Tenebaum: "The Kmarties, are they your slaves, now?"
