Delsenora
Once she has a clear shot at the Zombies, she will light her concoction and throw it at the Zombies!
Tossing the Molotov Cocktail [1d20+3] = 20+3 = 23
WoW! She gets +3 to hit for her Dex btw and I presume it is a hit lol
Molotov Cocktail dmg [2d6] = 11
So I presume that for the rest of the wek and next week I will be rolling awfully, but thanks dice roller for today lol!

Re: Chapter 4: Wizard's Basement
Well this ended before it started.
This chamber contains work tables, copper utensils, pots, bowls, a stove with a magical fire within it, and other cooking necessities.
The zombies the wizard used for domestic servants are not exactly the tops for hygiene, so they wear thick leather gloves to hold the meat cleavers. The zombies are huddled in the far back wall away from everyone. Delsenora hurls the make shift flaming projectile and nails the zombies square on the alcohol covers all three zombies and flames blare there is a fireball like flash and the zombies are consumed in a massive fire appears the alcohol in that bottle was the really really strong stuff. In flash it is all over and the zombies are nothing but piles of bone and ashes. The rugs are not needed to extinguish the fire as it burns out once there is nothing left to burn of the zombies, whatever there was left for flames are easily doused by the dusty rugs the group has.
Map: Updated & Fixed bbq'd zombies were near the 8 on the map dmg 11 2x = toasty!

The Dark Elf gasps, barely perceptible to the others "That was a-m-a-z-i-n-g . . . ."
She offers up silent thanks to Eilistraee for her success, clearly befuddled by her success.

Re: Chapter 4: Wizard's Basement
Searching the stove you find it is lit inside and the fire does not emit smoke and the coals glow with heat but don't appear burn out it's like the fireplace back in the lounge you assume it must be magical fire. Near the charred remains of the zombies you find cleavers and kitchen knives it appears the former master must have used the zombies as his chefs. Other than that nothing special in the room just whatever the zombies were cooking from nobody knows how long ago when the former master was alive you assume.

Therick says, "Ok, well, nothing much to find in the kitchen. Let's check that last door in this hallway, then turn left down that corridor up ahead before we go downstairs here."

Delsenora
Looking around the kitchen , Delsenora is impressed with all the different types of spices and cutting knives he had.
"Well, If I were a cook I would definitely take some of these items. Hmm maybe I'll grab a few for father just in
case."
Any spices she thinks are rare she will add to her backpack, along with any kind of cutting knife she thinks her father
may not own.

Re: Chapter 4: Wizard's Basement
Egon searches the kitchen again and finds all the same things as Therick mundane kitchen cooking things.
Delsenora sees mostly seasonings like salt and some other bland types nothing overly spicy or exotic. All knives are basic kitchen knives other than the cleavers.

Urtesi goes back to the dining room. He takes out a sheet of parchment, some ink and a quill and makes a quick sketch of the likeness of the guy on the painting.
artistic ability (18) [1d20] = 4
"Still not sure Kaerin is who he claims he is... this could help," he mutters.

The only thing at the bottom of the stairwell is a wall with a door. He hears no noises as Egon also did not hear anything from the top of the stairwell.

Re: Chapter 4: Wizard's Basement
The door here is unusual. It is made of a glossy black wood with iron hinges, and there is a plaque affixed to it, bearing an etched warning:
"Do not enter! Guardian is hostile and very dangerous! K."
Egon finds the door is locked and is unable to pick the lock open it appears to be too good a lock for his current skill. He does not find any traps. He hears nothing from the other side of the door.

Weston takes a look at the door.
"That's certainly very interesting, that is an unusual wood."
ooc: Would a spellcraft roll provide any hints as to what the unusual wood might be?
