Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
This thread is only for Rosa Ciccone.
Rosa wakes up on the floor. It's not cold, but it's not exactly warm either. She sees her motorcycle just a few feet away. As she rises, Rosa looks around, noting the white panelled walls and diffuse light coming from above.
Rosa does not remember how she got here. The last thing she knows for certain was that she was on her motorcycle, fleeing the scene of a murder.
Rosa doesn't recall who was dead, but she knows she was not responsible. She was being chased, gunshots were fired, and then she heard something.... Rushing wind? She was driving at a significant speed, but that wasn't it!
This room has nothing in it. It was like a garage. Or a shed. But she knows one thing for certain: she needs to find a way out!

What is the light source? Any possible exits (doors, windows etc)? What does the floor and ceiling look like?

Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Rosa looks up at the ceiling and notes there is no single light source; the entire ceiling looks like a light panel.
Rosa sees no doors or windows. She sees nothing in this room but herself and her motorcycle.
The floor is white, and kind of speckled, but otherwise resembles the panelling on the walls.

Rosa
She checks her bike to make sure it is all good to go, just in case. Then she will see if she can find anything by feeling the walls. Start with the wall in front of the bike (the way you would ride it out).

Searching using one of the physiological senses requires a roll of: Awareness + Subterfuge + 2d6.
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Do we have a campaign number for me to link rolls to or can I use your other game?
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Rosa finds that the panelling has grooves in between. She is pretty sure the door is in front of her, but it does not open at her touch.
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
She will try to see if she can pry it at all, just to see if she can get it started. Mostly to confirm where any doors are so she knows where to expect someone coming in from.

The door does not budge.Rex wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 3:49 pm Strength (3) + Athletics (1) check [2d6+4]=6+4=10
Not her strong suit, LOL.
Next idea?
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Rosa will see if she can find another entrance now that she knows what she is looking for. Working clockwise from the one she found already and going slowly.
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Rosa finds no other doors. All 4 walls are made of the same white panelling.
Any other ideas?
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Going with blunt force and seeing if it gets a reaction. She will mount up and see if she can start her motorcycle up.
Re: Awakening: Rosa Ciccone
Yes, she will first turn her bike around if possible so that she is ramming the door in reverse. Less likely to damage her bike that way. I assume she has her helmet and any other safety gear she would have for her bike (leathers at the least). She will wear that as well.
Some rolls if needed.
If needed rolls [2d6]=9 [2d6]=4 [2d6]=7
