Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
I am going suggest:
Marching Order:
Ylyndyr
Marcus
Peoninus
Ferdinand
We could just use the same for watches. My thinking is Ylyndyr is likely the most observant of us.

Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
Marcus is slightly better with ALT 15 and Survival 3 (ALT + 2x Survival = 21)
Ylyndyr is ALT 16 with Survival 2 (20)
Poeninus is ALT 15 with Survival 2 (19)
Ferdinand is ALT 14 with Survival 3 (20)
Not bad...
Once finalized, I will copy the marching order and watch order into the first post to make it easier to find.
I usually do 3 watches, but with 4 characters, 4 definitely makes more sense (and I roll encounters per day and per night, so easy enough to determine the watch with 1d4 instead of 1d3).

Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
I am good with however shaidar wants to go with it since it will impact him more than me.
Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
Of course there is something to be said for a PC in the lead...
Also, what kind of separation do you want in your marching order? Leader significantly ahead (if so, does someone want to lead Ylindyr's pony?).

Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
I can take the pony if Ylyndyr is on point. I would think maybe a 2 horse length lead would be plenty but could be further I guess.
Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
I'm happy taking point for now, we could always swap things around a bit later.
How about 30' ahead, unless the vegetation is such there would be no visibility between the groups, in which case we can reduce it.

Re: PCs and NPCs - marching order etc.
Sounds good to me.
