Game Set Up:
Given the max number of players is 4, we'll run two games if necessary to handle more players. The second game would be at Table #3.
Roll the Warp Speed spinner (d8), highest chooses their mission/character first, followed by the next highest spinner, etc.
Play order and character, based on rolls:
1st: DadsAngry/Spock
2nd: Grog/Kirk
3rd: Rex/McKoy
4th: OgreMage/Uhuru

If someone wants the last spot, I am happy to sit this one out, or wait to see if there is interest in a second game.

First Turn
Okay, rolls are in and here is the order/characters:
1st: DadsAngry/Spock
2nd: Grog/Kirk
3rd: Rex/McKoy
4th: OgreMage/Uhuru
Here is a close-up of the starting section where missions begin. You follow your respective character's path. The full board is in an earlier post in this thread.
Alright officers, roll the Warp Speed spinner (d8) to begin your missions. (Don't wait for your turn; everyone go ahead and roll.) Please label your roll (e.g. Star Trek turn one), it'll be easier to track if we need to look in the archive. I'll place the pieces and show a picture of the board when all Turn One rolls are in.
Here is my roll: Star Trek, turn one - "Helm, ahead warp factor" [1d8] = 3
The graphics of this game seem influenced by the Star Trek cartoon, which I think came out around this time. Anyone seen those? I remember enjoying reading adaptations of those cartoons in short story form in six books by Alan Dean Foster. It was much later when I watched them on VHS cassette. I liked how they could do more wild "special effects" with the animation form, even if some seemed silly.

Ahead warp factor 5
Star Trek Turn 1 - [1d8] = 5
I remember the cartoon though I'm sure I caught it as reruns and not its original air date.

Uhuru straightens her incredibly short skirt and rushes off looking for this strange moon.
ST1 [1d8] = 4
I remember those cartoons, but that was a loooooooooooong time ago.

3rd: Rex/McKoy - 3

And the placement of pieces:
The full board picture is earlier in this thread.
Kirk to science officer: "how are asternoids different from asteroids?" (They misspell it in multiple places, so it's intentional?)
Turn Two
Roll for turn two!
Kirk got a 5 ST T2 - [1d8] = 5
I don't have CBS All Access, refusing on principle to pay for yet more TV. I did borrow from the library the first two seasons of the new Star Trek show and was pleasantly surprised. The second season a little less so. I'm looking forward to seeing Picard someday. Has anyone seen it?

Re: Table #2: Star Trek (Hasbro, 1974)
Thanks for the Turn 3 rolls.
Here is the board at end of Turn 3:
Turn 4
Engage 1d8!
Kirk advances 3.
#2 ST T4 [1d8] = 3
What’s everyone’s favorite Star Trek iteration? The original has a place in my heart, though in my mind I think I’ve enjoyed STTNG more thoroughly.
