CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
...
Jack makes his way to Po Ellol’s. The arms merchant listens to Jack’s requirements and then replies, “Your Slugger is a rare weapon outside the Zatox Territories. I have only 4 rounds and they are 2gp a piece. The Pigmonn weapon is more common.” He retrives a locked metal box and lifts it onto the counter. You can hear metal items rattle inside the box. “1gp each round,” he smiles. “How many?”

Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
Jack before leaving buys the only 4 bullets available for Slugger "I'll take the 4 bullets for Slugger before I go. Thank you kindly." the former lawman hands over the money before taking the ammo and moving onward. my sheet still only has on it what I had before we went to the zone so what is the split of the pooled groups money per player?

Bart, MH
"Sounds good to me Blixx, will have to make some extra coin. First will have to buy materials to make smoke bombs. Also, gas mask for entering the hive when its full of smoke. Back in my tribe we harvest honey for normal sized bees, we used a can with a bellows. we used old burlap...",Bart pulls on his shirt,"but, we could burn anything that makes smoke and a lot of it. The thing is we have to get the smoke in undetected, otherwise it doesn't work.

Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
Jack "Well sorry it appears I only have enough for two bullets for slugger." placing the coins down on the counter or handing them to the merchant Jack will just go locate the others and wait to leave since he is essentially broke.

Po gladly takes Jack’s gold and hands him two slugger bullets. “Make ‘em count, eh?” he says to Jack.

Frank Rock, veteran human
Frank glances over at his companions and says; "Well....what's the plan then? Off to the Zone for some more adventure and/or to make a little coin?"

Jiminy, having been quietly distracted by a loving examination of his new rifle, looks up suddenly. "Honey?!"
Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton

OK. You have purchased the necessary provisions to travel back to the nocturnal bee nest in the old wind tower and return to Hagalton. That cost you 65gp.
Jack bought two more slugger rounds for 4gp.
Your group funds stand at 61gp, 8sp & 1cp.
Jiminy has 36gp left after purchasing the pigmonn pistol.
Bart suggests making some sort of smoke bombs to flush the bees out of their nest. He also has considered the need for a mask of some type to facilitate entry into the nest while the smoke is being generated.
You will need to find materials for the smoke and gas masks/filters.
You will also need to have a way to enter the nest for those that can’t fly. Does anyone have the necessary rope?
Is Jiminy buying ammunition for his pistol?
Actions?

"We will need to get prepared" "I come from Starlight it's a town of tinkers, maybe I could come up with a useful mask with goggles." "How many will we need?" "Maybe also a handheld smoker?"
Blixx has Tinkering as a skill, though it failed him when he tried making a makeshift grenade before LOL

Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
WHOOPS! I was under the impression Jiminy was broke (shoggoths have trouble counting, what with no fingers or toes). He'll definitely buy as much ammo as he can comfortably carry to go with his lovely new pistol. He'd be happy to pitch any remainder in on smoke bombs or whatever else the party might need.

Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
Jack is set as far as he can be on his own dime if the party money stash is used for needs to re-enter he will need more ammunition. Other than that he is ready to venture back to the zone.
Provided we have all the other basic needs covered such as food and water supplies, and anything to camp as we need to.

Re: CHAPTER 4a: R&R at Hagalton
Things seem to have bogged down- maybe because of the forum craziness?
Belial hasn't been very involved in the planning- As long as we gots food and water, I'm good, dudes. But he seems more and more restless as time goes by.
there's a whole world out there with no fence around it, mi compadres. Let's go!
