By my count, it's been about 5 rounds (30 secs total) since the sleep spell was cast.

Here are you HP options:
Hit Points and Level Advancement
When rolling hit points for level advancement, you may use one of two methods:
1/ Roll the dice (add Con bonus) and get what you get...OR
2/ Take half (plus Con bonus) > for example, Ioriston advances to 2nd level and instead of rolling the dice, he takes half of 1d6 (3), adds his Con bonus (+2), giving him 5 hp to add to his total.

Re: OOC 1 > The Place for Chatter
Yes, you can; however, that will take a lot of time, which you don't have right now.wordoftheoracle wrote:Can I copy these into my spell book?
Thoughts on the following article:
https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/3 ... spellbook/
Also, this from the PHB:
Yo u r Sp e l l b o o k
The spells that you add to your spellbook as you gain levels reflect the arcane research you conduct on your own, as well as intellectual breakthroughs you have had about the nature o f the multiverse. You might find other spells during your adventures. You could discover a spell recorded on a scroll in an evil wizard's chest, for example, or in a dusty tome in an ancient library.
Copying a Spell into the Book.
When you find a wizard spell o f 1st level or higher, you can add it to your spellbook if it is of a level for which you have spell slots and if you can spare the time to decipher and copy it. Copying a spell into your spellbook involves reproducing the basic form of the spell, then deciphering the unique system o f notation used by the wizard who wrote it. You must practice the spell until you understand the sounds or gestures required, then transcribe it into your spellbook using your own notation.
For each level of the spell, the process takes 2 hours and costs 50 gp. The cost represents material components you expend as you experiment with the spell to master it, as well as the fine inks you need to record it. Once you have spent this time and money, you can prepare the spell just like your other spells.
Replacing the Book. You can copy a spell from your own spellbook into another book— for example, if you want to make a backup copy of your spellbook. This is just like copying a new spell into your spellbook, but faster and easier, since you understand your own notation and already know how to cast the spell. You need spend only 1 hour and 10 gp for each level of the copied spell.
If you lose your spellbook, you can use the same procedure to transcribe the spells that you have prepared into a new spellbook. Filling out the remainder o f your spellbook requires you to find new spells to do so, as normal. For this reason, many wizards keep backup spellbooks in a safe place.

So I'll copy it piece by piece on our way to Neverwinter. I also want to copy my spells into the other book, but that can wait.

Re: OOC 1 > The Place for Chatter
I apologize. I tried to go back through the threads and figure out which building we are in but am not sure. Was Flavric and his apple originally in building 12? Or had we made it down to 13? Trying to figure this out so I can decide how to search for alchemist shop.

Re: OOC 1 > The Place for Chatter
You planned your infiltration from building 9, where Ioriston questioned the captured cultist, Carl. Then Kelton and Gerland, followed by Aslaan, approached building 13, the HQ of the cultists, where the final battle occurred with Favric and the others...and then the dragon came and started eating people.
So, you are currently in and around building 13.
From page 12 of the most current thread:

From page 12 of the most current thread:
Once inside the ruins (bldg 9) you notice that this ruined shop is cluttered with sagging storage shelves and broken furniture. Shards of glass and pieces of pottery glint In the weeds and rubble next to rotted books and casks. Kelton quickly dons the cultist's clothes and mask and helps Gerland become "the prisoner" for this ruse. Aslaan takes up position outside in the trees.
