Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!

Never been there. But it sounds like a boring place! :( No worries, Ron. Just making sure we didn't need to do something.

You calling Till a KENDER???

Meh. You're probably right. He'd make a pretty good kender.

We played through the DragonLance series a bit through HS. Ignoring the railroad train! :)
But a buddy who played with us could never come up with any good taunts, so he'd just yell "Taunt, taunt!" and giggle afterwards.

Ugh. If you can't taunt, then you shouldn't play the kender!

Agreed. In my FtF group, we encountered a kender that was short on taunts as well, but would steal from us and barge in on conversations. It was fun, but I'm glad he was just an NPC.

Nice! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dr ... f_Burrfoot

(I had to remind myself of Tas). I didn't get into DL as much as FR or Greyhawk, but I really liked the Kender characters.

"Uncle" Trapspringer

A kender of some renown whom other kender tell extraordinary tales about, while all claiming he is their uncle. After the Chaos War, kender begin telling stories of their "Uncle" Tasselhoff.

Trapspringer Furrfoot is known to be the actual uncle of Tasslehoff Burrfoot and Earwig Lockpicker.

Trapspringer makes his appearance in the five years prior to the War of the Lance, travelling with a human named Phineas around Kendermore. They search for and find Damaris Metwinger, the betrothed of Trapspringer's actual nephew, Tasslehoff. Eventually Damaris and Trapspringer fall in love, deciding to marry, which also relieves Tas of his betrothal. Trapspringer plays a large part in keeping one of the portals closed which the Dark Queen tried to use to re-enter Krynn.
"Earwig Lockpicker" is one of the most awesome Kender names I've ever heard.

There is a halfling in another PbP game I'm in who goes by the name "Jellyroll". Maybe he's really a Kender...

Till can taunt with the best of the Kenderkind.

(Hopefully, anyway...)

Oh, did someone ask already if this spider is considered size LARGE or MEDIUM for damage purposes?

I think so. But it is considered medium. Not quite large, though in spider terms gargantuan! ;)
