As for the Campaign ID, here are some instructions detailing the process:

But here is a screenshot of what you'll look for in the Die Roller application:

A new forum -- World of Xoth (5e) -- has been set up for your campaign. Note: Normally, new forums appear at the bottom of the game list but I moved this game up a few slots to group all your games together. You have been set as the moderator for your forum, and you should also be able to make 'sticky' posts. To add users to your group so that they can post in your forum, follow the instructions outlined here: How to add players to your campaign.
