New Islanders

Hey fellas!
I could use a few private threads set up for the newest players recently added to my sandbox.
I have a few players who have left the game as well, so if it is easier to simply change the names of the existing sub-forums to the newer players, that works for me too. Or, we could create them for the new players and delete the others? Whatever is easiest for you guys.
If one of you could tackle that for me, I will get a list of the players together shortly.

OM, please provide the details of the changes needed to be made.
If Ethan or Ron don't chime in and claim the request, I can take care of it for you once we have the needed information.

The game is Big Shiny Island
The sub-forum that is no longer in use: under_score
That can be deleted or reused for a new player.
The new ones I need set up are for:
SpinwardMarch
Bigtaff
Xaxyx
kruk
tomlowshang
wolfpack
Let me know if you need any more info than that.
Absolutely no rush on these. Whenever you can get to it is fine!

This is done.
Since the private forum for 'under_score' didn't have anything except posts from you in it, I renamed (and updated the permissions for) it to be used by 'SpinwardMarch.' All the other forums are set up as normal.
You have a LOT of private forums. 
Let me know if you'd like them reorganized in any way (e.g. moving your 'DM Notes' and 'Completed Missions' forums to the top, and alphabetizing all the individual player forums beneath them). If not, you should be good, but obviously let me know if there are any issues since this is still kind of a new process for us.

Well, since you've offered.... PLEASE DO!
That would be great! Can you do completed missions at the top, alphabetize the players like you said, and put the DM notes at the bottom?
There are a couple more sub-forums on that list that aren't active, but there is information in them that I would like to keep. Is that ok?

You're obviously welcome to keep any forums you want open, but just let us know if/when you want any removed and we can take care of that for you.

I noticed that you have two active games: 'Big Shiny Island (1E Sandbox, with real sand)' and 'C3 The Lost Island... (1E Tournament).'
I can reorganize the forums to bring those to bring those two together if you'd like; you'd just need to let me know which game to move where.

You should be all set (with the new forum placed in the appropriate alphabetical position).
