I'd like to run a new game in the City of Eskadia. This is a very chaotic and troubled city. It will be a city campaign. I'd like to start it as C&C, but if if no one is interested in C&C I'll shift to AD&D 1e.

Have you created a recruitment post for this game? If not, I would recommend starting there to gauge interest and sort out the details.
