I already have some crunch and some ideas ready to go - base concept is an orphan Tiefling haunted by nightmares from her past. She has been taken in and raised by the Church of Iomedae, much by the insistence from her mentor who sees something special in her. Thus she would be well-versed in Diplomacy, History and Religion. I think there is potential for some dramatic character development, depending on how much you plan to integrate from the character's history into the AP.

Mechanically she starts as an Oracle at level 1, then takes Paladin levels from that point on. I like the fact she 'comes into' Paladinhood, instead of starting as a Paladin right away.
Mythic Path would be focused on Guardian (Trait is Exposed to Awfulness), perhaps with some dual path stuff sprinkled in.
I am also a big fan of UMD

It was suggested the human cleric idea i have... i will get the crunch up soon, but the background in a quick manner. Kelden was an orphan discovered on the step of the main temple for Saraenrae in the Osirian capital of Sothis. He was raised by the temple and with the early discovery of his afinity wiht healing and hte light he was quickly rushed through a clerics training. Seen as somewhat of a gift from the goddess herself the young cleric started to chaff at his treatment in the temple. One night he had a vision while he slept.... a vision that told him he was needed north, in the worldwound.... When auguries by the church found no traces of fel influences in his vision the young cleric was sent north with all haste to do his goddess's bidding. He finds himself in the crusaders square at the start of a festival still trying to figure out what he waws to do and why he was there to do it.
