it only takes you a couple of minutes to find what yu believe to be the freshest tracks exiting the cave.

No the tracks are easy enough to follow he makes no attempt to hide them. You begin tracking, how far do you plan to follow?

the tracks lead you around the hill side 3/4 of the way around and then disappear into the side of the hill
