Garrant

The priest-wizard decides that there are more pressing issues than a held half-orc and moves to get a better view of his next target, the dragon.

Moving three squares right and then one diagonally up-right. Hopefully that should place him between some trees but with a better view of the path/dragon.

Raffi will creep up to the dragon and try a backstab, or just a normal one if it’s aware of him.

LMAO

Although it should have been a 1d8 given the dragon is large.

So as you noted you have 13 save vs breath weapon and got a 6, so sadly that was a fail on the save.

Nah Olos (AC 4, HP 6/53)
So I noted that you failed the save and your current HP total is 6. A lot of 6's here, is this a devil's number thing? :lorcl: The breath weapon is also blocking the vision in the drawn box on the map.
Not sure what other information you are waiting on?
Are you charging the green dragon with Mirror Images running (and using the roll you had) or doing something else?

In the Jotens - The retreat?
Moonday, 10th day of Planting, 597
5th day since leaving Loftwick

Qleceec (AC 1, HP 45/63)
Androgost (AC 5 [no armor -6], HP 2/65, Armor 23/26)
Nah Olos (AC 4, HP 15/53)
Siouxsie (AC 2, HP 42/48)
Garrant (AC 8, HP 40/50)
Hex (AC 0, HP 0/27)
Raffi (AC -1, HP 21/21, Armor 8/8)
Boff (AC 7 [no armor 5], HP -9/61)
Frannie (AC 9 [no armor 4], HP -4/26)

As the thick green mist begins to clear, but with the smell of choline still heavy in the air.

Qleceec land a powerful blow against the hybrid spraying some blood onto her armor and killing it with her first strike. The fumble never happens.

Androgost binds the wounds of Boff.

Nah Olos drinks his Potion of Healing and more than doubles his health (9 HP back).

Siouxsie continues to be in melee with the Shtelke, but no hits are landed.

Garrant moves into position to attack the dragon.

Hex hopes that someone will notice him on the ground, well someone friendly anyway.

Raffi in a degree of boldness, attacks the dragon, hitting the correct dragon (not one of the images) for 6 points of damage.

Boff doesn't do much and Frannie continues to bleed from her wounds.

The remaining Hill Giant, not liking all this runs to the north through the trees to get to the trails.

Preblshienchiashav and his multiple images (assuming that there are not two green dragons in the area) ignores the wound from Raffi (saying "That is your freebie little one." and he lifts off heading west and then turning south. As he lifts off, he gives out a roar in Green Dragon which Siouxsie can understand.
"We have taken our pound of flesh, they can retreat now."
After the command, the two Shtelke fighting Siouxsie turn and run on all fours. Siouxsie can take a free attack on one if she so desires.

Two of the Shtelke in the webbing (S2 and S6) break free and escape as well.

OOC : you know call Lightning takes ten rounds to cast right?

Raffi will rush over to Hex and begin to bind his wounds. Hang in there master he says under his breath over and over as he works. Made all the more difficult by the extra images

Well I started preparing to Call Lightening when I cast Control Winds which would have been a turn ago. If we are going into pedantics to nerf my ability to strike the dragon when I have tried this several times only to be told there is no wind or I didn't cast the Winds then I am giving up playing a druid.

My Javelin of Piercing attack was good enough to hit AC5 and that missed. Apart from tickling opponents with a pointy sword, there is not much else I can do offensively.

If you want to rule you cast Call Lightening but the first strike will manifest in ten rounds then with the stormy winds centred on myself, I will turn into a pigeon and fly behind the dragon for ten rounds and zap him later.

I mean, I didn’t mean to upset you. It’s right there in the PHB. It takes one full turn to cast. That’s ten melee rounds.

It’s a great spell, but it requires some tactical preparation and is better for ambushes as it lasts a turn a level too and you can call one per turn for that entire time.

But you have some amazing spells of an offensive nature. Entangle outdoors is pretty epic. Summon Insects, Pyrotechnics, Animal Summonings, animal growth, call woodland beings, wall of fire and turn into a cheetah or a fast flying bird, transmute rock to mud, flask of oil and produce fire, snare spells, heat metal, etc

I am asking for the end of this complaint part of the thread. All of the actions about Call Lightening are being ignored. This was asked and answered before and I have taken it up again in a private channel.

Back to your regularly scheduled second watch with a smell bit of Chlorine Gas.
