The temple
(6:00) is ruled out as a destination once it is explained that the first two colored orbs found
(red/grey) have already been put to use there. That building relates to how the first two obelisks were discovered and activated.
(5:00/7:00) The rumors of an ancient highly magical sword just sitting there for the taking still aren't enticing enough to convince any fighting types to take the risk with the dangerous undead remaining in the crypts below the temple.
After a solid group effort to determine that the Fun House on the diagram
(9:00) must be the next place to use the colored spheres, which should in turn "activate" the next pair of obelisks in the ring
(8:00?/10:00?), talk switches to saving Luther and Amun before it is too late. Yrias heals Mayor Daisy, asking if it might be better to wait till the morning when everyone is at full strength.
Daisy scrounges up some items to rebuild her first aid kit, getting a few other items from Nallissa to help supplement her lost gear. Allissa still seems concerned with learning who else might have a smaller stone. She expresses her fear that they may be how this Momma is able to hear and track them at will, even though the discussion continues with hers sitting right out in the open. Though he has no idea how old the note they found with the orbs is, TK suggests that whoever has set up this place to be so mysterious and challenging might still be watching over them, trying to manipulate their very actions. Wake shows off a pair of orbs he has that don't correspond to the two colors already in use.

After the question is breached about what might be laying in wait at the very center of the circle diagram, it is agreed that the rescue of Luther and Amun must come before any more frivolous exploration. A suggestion is made to head back up the river trail, gathering as many of the native forces who wish to help fight along the way The only question now is who will all be going along, and when will they leave.

Ah ain't much for tactics an' strategy- Ah just put the troops back together when tactics and strategy went wrong. BUT: Ah don't like the idea of splittin' our forces. The Bitch is tough, got a strong dose of magic. We'll want every hand on deck when we tangle with her.
We need two Team leaders, each commanding about half the heroes. They take instructions from a Senior Leader. We all head out for the Village, and go from there. The main job is finding our people, then putting The Bitch down for good. So, let's have some volunteers- Team leaders and Senior leader..... an' don't try to put me in one o' those spots. Ah ain't qualified.

She directs her attention to The Knife. "Someone else is monitoring progress? There are a few other adventuring parties skulking about, maybe it's them. I know Krystal was, but that was before either one was activated. The one we activated created a giant light beacon for some time, it would be easy to notice. Or maybe there is a diagram at each building that shows which ones have been lit up. Which could mean that this person has already been to the fun house and seen it."
She nods at Feanol and Daisy. "I think people really aren't hearing me about the seriousness of Momma. She is a demoness, with apparently half a native village backing her not to mention her half-demon son, and possibly a charmed Luther and Amun. This is not a mission to skimp on participants."
"I know some of you don't know me, and the rest suspect me. But I like Luther and have business with Momma. Follow me or don't, but I'm going in the morning." She pauses and looks over the group. "Actually, who has a magical weapon that could hurt her? Let's talk tactics."

Acknowledges Alissa's comments, and goes over to confer. "Yes I get it the ruins may have less danger and more reward, but she is so close we have to deal with her. I'm willing to go. I bring a few spells and not much else. I can throw daggers, but I don't have any, lost them all at the tower."

I put this together on the assumption that the Black Metal team would be back in town very soon. I tried to balance it out by classes, levels, and also for the people who play multiple characters. Once again, it's merely a suggestion, so criticism is welcome

Looking at it again, there's a lot of thieves in Team 1 and only one thief in Team 2. I think maybe switching The Knife and Yrais might balance things better. That would leave T2 with only one cleric, but Wes has a lot of healing power (including access to Cure Critical Wounds.

I'm not expecting a lot of splitting up anyway, so that should be fine.
And even if we split up, we should all try to be relatively near each other.

Didn't nececarily plan for Keg to be in charge of one of these teams since Liam is heading the other. Anyone else want to take the lead on Team 2?
Not against it, just don't want to assume too much here and give someone else a chance to speak up.

I've no objection to Keg leading Team 2. (It's just coincidence I put his name at the top. The PCs at the top and bottom were the easiest to place just because the players are running multiple characters, I just put one on each side really. )
Also, I know this is third-guessing myself, but I think Yrais and TK should stay where they are. It gives Karaunios a spellcaster on each side, and Wes is high-level enough to run on his own in that team.

She spends time talking to everyone to determine who has magic weapons, or hidden tricks. Just to understand who may have the best chance to damage her and Mor-Tar.
Allissa goes to talk to Nallissa to arrange for weapons for those who need some.
