He can make an INT roll vs. DC 15 (1d20+2). Luck may be used.

I'm thinking of having Kurot give a non-committal answer to the Mortivocs (the root of the word "mort" is a little worrisome here) but trying to suggest, basically, the herdivocs are on their way, the mortivocs are free to go about their rounds without worrying about us anymore, please go on about their business.

Assuming Kurot can talk to them. Norjax, is Kurot about to communicate back, or is he merely able to translate without speaking?

I am a little curious what would happen if Kurot got fixed up—being in such disrepair and all—but it might not be good for him and almost certainly wouldn't be good for the biological members of the party.

Yes, Kurot can communicate back in their language.

No. The physical attack is considered another action. At first level, Max is allowed one action besides a full movement.

Who has the stun rod now? Kurot gave it up for it to be improved, but I don’t know if he got it back or not. I’m wondering if it might be extra useful against bots (on the assumption that it’s electrical).

I’ll try to post before work tomorrow, but if I don’t get a chance, please feel free to NPC Kurot if I’m holding things up. Assuming he doesn’t have the stun rod, he will attack with his axe (3 attacks).

Bruce has the Stun Rod, and this looks like the opportune time to use it, so that's what I'll do.
