Black Wyvern: I'm off to Alaska for the next ~2 weeks. I'll post updates as I can, but please feel free to NPC Mose through the upcoming scene or two. Thanks. Sorry about the timing of the vacation.

This is my third time. I'm looking forward to it. And to eating a ton of fish. Especially the salmon and halibut!Rex wrote:Enjoy Alaska Rusty!

Whew! Waps is here. I will try to get a post up tonight to advance us.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
Hey, just out of curiosity, what are each of the d100 for? I assume one is a hit determination roll. Are the other two hit location and severity?

Yup! To hit, location and severity!
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
BTW, after the gunfight is over and many of us are dead, will we continue on with a chance to bring in new PCs? If so, should we roll up backup characters in advance to save time?

Yeah we will continue. I haven't decided if we will continue with a module or if I will just create my own. There will be time as the gunfight winds down for replacement characters.

Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
Sorry, busy day! I’ll post in the game thread when I get home later tonight.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
I am just hoping whoever is shooting at me is just as bad a roller. I don't think I could have rolled much worse.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
That would be great. Everyone shoots at each other, everyone misses, and the two bands just stand there a moment, staring at each other in embarrassment.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
That would be funny for sure. Maybe this will end up as the longest gunfight in Boothill history.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
six rolls, only one above 50

Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
Aren't we trying to roll low?

Now I can't tell anymore!

Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
You want low for the first one (roll to hit). Rusty has the best rolls yet.

Yup! Three hits barring wounds received before they go off. I think we are still missing one. I am going camping early tomorrow morning until Sunday evening. If I am not dead tired I will try to get a post up Sunday night.

Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
So I was pretty tired last night. I am starting to sort this out. Should have a post finished by tomorrow morning at the latest. Hopefully it will be more like tonight.
Re: The Brandin' Iron Saloon - Out of Character
Wow, that's a lot of action! And it went a lot better than I expected.
How far away is Clay?
BTW, I made a little Excel map to help me visualize everyone's position in the corral. Here it is, in case anyone else finds it useful:
