Craxzus- Lets put them on the opposite side of their approach. Remember we need 1 alive. We need to know there plan. Craxzus props up the dead orc with his hands on his lap holding his sword. Craxzus moves back to his hiding spot.

*Surprise round*
Throms axe slices into orc #4 who shrieks in surpise and drops his end of their load.
Eirenaios winds his sling and let loose clobbering orc #2 in the chest.
"Er'ask!" shouts orc#1 then he turns to orc #4 and shouts "Erk'tuk dom DOM!"
Thorgrim charges his crossbow with energy and looses a green bolt toward the orcs but it bounces harmlessly against the chest they carried.
Throms ax returns to his hand.
Craxzus lobs his vial but the wind knocks it into the stream, well short of its targets.
Orcs 1,2&3 drop their load and draw weapons. They move toward the dwarves as orc#4 rushes back up the path from where they came.

Eirenaios flies over the river quickly and calls to Thorgrim and Throms, "Follow the runner, don't let him alert the rest and catch him alive, we will take care of these three!". Eirenaios starts to stare devilishly at the three goblins barely hiding his snickers from the excitement of using his magic again.

His smile only grew bigger as he addressed the goblins, "Shall I create your tombstones?", he starts chanting with too much delight in his voice.

Sorcery(89): [1d100] = 85
INT:20
Casts Guide Earth to dig a hole under the goblins

Thorgrim will take off after the fleeing orc as fast as his short little legs will carry him. If it appears that he is not gaining on the orc at all he will stop and take another shot with his crossbow aiming for his legs so as to slow him down.

Crossbow Attack (34%): [1d100] = 94

OOC: I think the dice roller has it in for me. :-P

I have forgotten if I ask this before, but when casting spells like Sleep or Agony and Itch can cast these spells at multiple foes?

Eirenaios finishes an incantation and earth begins to shift and rip from the forest floor under the advancing orcs. A large volume lifts into the air and the barbarians stuggle to maintain footing. Two of them plummet into the whole which quickly fills with water from the nearby stream.
Throm hurls his ax at the remaining orc and it flies wide.
Thorgrim gives chase to the fleein orc and charges his enchanted crossbow. He pauses to aim but hits another tree. The injured orc continues on.
Craxzus (npc) prepares a spell but fumbles the attempt.

Eirenaios lowers his hands and lets the sand cover the hole making it look as if nothing happened here, he turns to the remaining orc with a mad glare rivaled only by his crescent grin, "Where have your friends gone to? I could swear they were here a moment ago", he walks over the patch of dirt he dug up earlier, "I could take you to them, or we could have a nice chat, your choice"

Eirenaios is still wary of the orc though, he would move out of the way if he were to attack him

Throm lets his ax fly again and it bounces off the orcs ragged but stiff leathers.
Eirenaios releases his spell and flies over the stream above the other orc.
Craxzus begins casting a spell.
Thorgrim launches his self at the retreating orc and tackles it to the ground easily pinning it to the ground with greater strength.(+25% for flanking)
Eirenaios lands near the pile of muddy soil and says "Where have your friends gone to? I could swear they were here a moment ago", he walks over the patch of dirt he dug up earlier, "I could take you to them, or we could have a nice chat, your choice"
The orc looks to the elf, stunned, then back to Throm as his ax returns to his hand.
Suddenly it drops to the ground and starts screaming in agony.
"Uraaaaaagh!!" it spits as it thrashes. "Parlay! Parlay! "

Eirenaios nods to Craxzus to let the orc be then ties him up.

Eirenaios's mad look dissipates and his calm and collected self returns, "I will ask you a couple of questions, any hint of a lie will result in my anger and I am sure neither one of us wants that", he says to the orc with a stern look, "Who is your leader, how many of you are there, where is your hideout, where are you planning to strike next and what are you transporting?", Eirenaios stops for a moment then realizes he is asking too many questions, but he scoffs that thought away and waits for answers

Throm puts his axe away and takes out his hammer "Eh parlay I dun know the word. Only words I got fer ya is me hammer flattening yer skull!" the dwarf then walks menacingly toward the orc thumping his hammer in his other hand ever so often looking as gruff and ticked off as ever. "Fer what yah did ta Evie an the farm yah don't deserve much." the dwarf gives a subtle wink to his companions as if to say I'm up to something.
