Sparrow tries another finesse flip/stab with his sword. Trying to injure the insect and remove it at the same time.

The creepy crawlers continue to move freely about their new, motionless host.
Festus and
Ciar arrive to assist
Sparrow, while
Sylvan steps away and quickly locates a wooden piece of debris, which be brings with him to where he earlier set down his lantern. Despite everyone's best efforts, the three centipedes remain unaffected and continue to bite at the fallen form of
Fulp. The one, which found its way under
Fulp's leather armor near his waistline, emerges from beneath the rough covering near
Fulp's neck.

Sylvan makes his way quickly back to the centipedes. Flaming debris is impaled at the end of the spear he is carrying. He attempts to burn the centipedes, or at least ward them off of Fulp.

Kassal will move from the rope and make his way to the others, watching out for more centipedes or other enemies that may be drawn by all the ruckus.

Ciar tries again to remove a centipede without further harming
Fulp.
He fails.
Ciar shakes his head,
"I don't know if we're meant to save this man..."

Sparrow continues to try and end the insectoid threat.

Sylvan, with flaming debris impaled at the end of his spear, hurries back and, thrusting the spear in
Fulp's direction, causes the elusive centipedes to scamper back in the direction from which they came.
Ciar attempts to stick one of them with the tip of his short sword, but the is unable.
Sparrow catches one of the remaining two with his scimitar and slices it, producing the two separate sections to begin wildly writhing in place before ultimately falling still.
Festus takes exception at the defiance the creatures have demonstrated and takes out his frustration at the third scampering foe and reduces it to a mess of insect guts.
With the last centipede scampers off to safety, the party, at least for the time being, is safe... but facing a situation with an immobilized companion.

Festus kneels down and gives Fulp a shake. "C'mon lad, are ya still with us?"
He checks Fulp's pulse while hoping the bites aren't fatal.

Sylvan looks at Fulp with concern. He stamps out the flaming debris and keeps his spear in hand, walking over to the door. He puts his ear up to it, listening for sounds on the other side.

Festus is able to tell by his breathing that Fulp is alive, just immobilized. About the only thing the frozen human can do is blink his eyes.
Sylvan puts his ear up to the door in the southern wall and listens.

Sparrow moves away from Fulp so he can get more air. He goes over by the Iron Maiden and has a look inside the thing. This is a device he has no familiarity with and he seems very interested in it.
Such a device could only be used by "Killers".

Festus stands near Fulp, his axe ready should another threat appear.

"I can't hear anything on the other side of this door. But I wouldn't really expect to" reports Sylvan. Before turning back to give the door a careful look, he asks "How's Fulp doing?"

Since it appears the others are taking care of Fulp, Ciar goes back to the iron maiden and examines the bones more closely...

Few details about the victim are available from their skeletal remains, but they do appear to have been human sized.

Fulp breathes. And blinks.

I realize the situation kind of sucks, but I'm going to need some plans here.
What is the group going to do?
