Hello fellow adventurers,
Just joined the group and wanted to introduce myself. I see a handful of familiar faces around (Sup Sully! Raw deal on the injury recovery) but most of you I haven't played with yet, being new to the forum. Ace will be introducing himself in the rogues gallery and tavern shortly.
Keehnelf has been an excellent advocate for the game and after reading the Ars Ludi blog posts on the issue I couldn't be more excited to get into the box with you guys. This'll be my first sandbox-type experience and also my first go around with Labyrinth Lord/Throwback DnD. So apologies for any awkwardness that leads to. Should be a blast.
Cheers,
Simon

Speaking of doomed, and not to speak out of turn, but if the ruins group can't take another one of those skeletons down fast they need to come up with a plan B.

The skeletons are between us and the exit. I'm not sure what options we have other than fighting.

You aren't redcoats! Fight creatively

Rules light doesn't mean options-light!

Hey, Simon! Hold fast. I think my party is about to come in from the rain to say hello.

I just hope some party eventually finds their corpses and recovers what's left of that sweet owl-armor!

A young skinny mage and a jackass named Harold?
Sounds vaguely familiar.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Laugh it up, Mr. "I'm sure the guy sitting under an arched tree playing music and surrounded by entranced woodland creatures will be no threat at all."

It was such a peaceful scene!

That was the first clue that we should have kept well away. Lizardmen, wolves, goblins—sure, those are dangerous, but the Pied Piper of the West Marches? That's some
really scary stuff, man.

Why didn't we all just listen to Harold?

Me too!
His last actions result was somewhat befuddling.

If he's not lawful, may be he runs away and snatches all the treasure (and XP) for himself!!! Not a bad idea actually.
