Baruch immediately tends to Sanu by casting:
Cure light wounds, heals [1d8] = 6 points of damage
then asks "Someone please get a healing potion over here A-S-A-P, we can question the prisoner about his errors of faith later"

With a splitting headache, and a body still feeling like it has been set ablaze, Sanu rolls over onto his side and begins throwing up a bile/blood concoction mixed with a little game-meat, sprinkled with a handful of berries. He can only manage to wimper a few words at the moment...My axe?! My axe?!

Milli

Out of nowhere Milli hands Baruch a potion from the wagon.
[1d8] = 8 +1 ===== 9 hp recovered.

Sanu relieved by the magical mending of flesh.

Just to be clear, the healing potion Baruch asked for, was for Sanu, as a booster to the CLW spell just cast on him. Baruch didn't drink it

Montego moves to the sleeping enemy. He will quickly bind the hands of and gag the civilian man.

He looks to Garrett What about the rest of them? he says, looking at the other 3 sleeping men he did say they were evil right?

I think we have very few options. Unless we charge this woman to take them back to face a trial, we should end their lives. We cannot risk slowing ourselves with prisoners and if one were to get free, the enemy would know our direction.

Titus will search the bodies for loot.

Garrett "I was in the woods but yeah I think they were all of evil or not good alignments. Bind em all I say." he grimaces a little from the pain of the arrow wound, and helps bind the sleeping men. Then he searches their person for all and any weapons taking them and placing them in the wagon, along with armor and anything else including coin.

Baruch's reply

"We do not yet know their faith! It would be most unholy to dispatch a faithless person into a spiritual void. At least give these planomanians a &/#¤ing chance to explain themselves - or....let's just b%&/ off while we can"

Garrett "I don't plan to murder anyone. I am just going to rob them and leave them tied up here."

Svent "I don't intend to do anything to them at all. I'll be needing to study my spells for I won't be of much use from here on out until I do."

Montego will search the civilian, looking for any evidence that might tell us who these impostors are before we interrogate him.

Philosophers and Prisoners

Queen Regenia's Ethical Philsophers take five prisoners. Each one is bound.

A few items belonging to the soldiers bare Merit's adopted Lotus Blossom image.
Image
The images had been hidden. The party assumes that the knight's shield with the sun image, and the queen's standard, were captured.

It was an imposter party indeed.

The man in civilian cloths refuses to speak a word. But Montego finds 100 gp on the man. He also finds 4 daggers, a blow gun and 6 darts in a case.

On the soldiers, the party collects another 110 gold. 2 long bows, 37 arrows, 2 two handed swords, 2 long swords, 3 battle axes, 6 daggers, 2 leather armor and 5 suits of chain mail.

The knight carries 50 gp.. He wore plate mail, carried a shield with Regenia's standard, a lance, and left behind a bastard sword of unusual quality.

Gold total, 260 gp.
Image
Unlike the gold given to the party by the queen, this money has Merit's image on one side and a lotus blossom on the other.

The party now has a medium war horse and 9 draft horses to think about.

The sobbing woman begins to breath better and say, thank you, thank you. You saved us! She again wraps herself around Montego in an outpouring of honest human affection.

The woman with the baby, upset, turns to the looting Garrett and says, that rapist took my 10 gold. I need it if we are to survive. This woman is obviously motivated by simple survival stress. She means it, she can't survive without her money.

The women rescued!

Actions!!!

Garrett hands the woman the 50gp from the knight and one of the horses. "Here take this and ride on out of here to safety. If you run into (where we just left.) tell them you met with (gives our names.) they should treat you well."

Svent to Garrett "Well that was a kind thing of you to do."

Now Garrett gets a warm embrace. The women have gone from victims to people of property in the passing of a moment.

The women mount the horse, hold the full purse high, and again thank the party. One of the women says, when we get to Ciccur we will tell the tale! May the gods bless you all. We are Julia and Livia. I hope we meet again.

And they ride toward Cirrur at a gallop.

Garrett looks at the others gawking "What are you looking at? Ever heard of a good thief before?"

Titus motions towards the prisoners. What shall we do with them now? I suppose we could leave 'em here if these ladies would be so kind as to report them. A patrol should pick them up before long.

Well.....at least you've actually acknowledged what you are now Garrett. Montego says with a smirk.

The man in civilian cloths refuses to speak a word.
Baruch casts the spell Command on this man, and uses the command word: "Obey!"

then tests the results of the spell by telling the prisoner "blink twice!"

if it worked, then tells the leader of our adventuring group: "Quick! All yours to interrogate! Start every sentence with 'Tell me...'"

Don't you have to "command" him?
If so.....
Ask him to tell you his name.
Tell you who he works for.
Tell you what he is doing with these men.
Tell you what his agenda is.
Etc.

Civilian save v spell: [1d20] = 1
The man blinks twice.

Baruch has about 60 seconds to get all the info he can before the spell expires.
