Taking the guide with you, you find the wreck is about 50 metres out about 45 degress right from the beach where they are.

Halfway thru the 2nd box, jackpot, a hardened 'hard drive' that appears in unbroken condition.

With that and the flight recorder you should be able to fufill your contract.

Monte would be up for diving on the wreck, if we wanted to try for more.

Monte has several grades of mask, he will make the spares available to those that do not have them.

He also brings a selection of items from his expedition gear (head-lamp, multi-tool, crow-bar, rope among other things).

Exploring is his hobby, so, although unskilled in recon or archaeology, he is attentive and interested.

Though I am not privy to the information Garrett is sharing IC with Hiro, would my understanding that the Navigator who got ill and exploded on the video exhibits the same symptoms that the ill guide is also expressing?

His demise due to the illness manifesting in his body rather than some complicated gestures to manipulate the holographic controls.

So, the guide might also be another ticking timebomb?

Hello all! I have been asked to join the game by ateno and will be playing Lorraine Hawkins; a 34 year old former Marine who wants to travel the galaxy and get into adventures. (Picture Zoe Washburne from Firefly for the look/attitude/etc.)

I have no real experience in Traveller, save for a VERY short lived game on-line years ago and I gotta say, I'm rather intimidated by trying to read through this game as I am NOT a Hard-Science guy and will almost certainly be the proverbial 'idiot in a room full of geniuses'....but hopefully I'll at least be somewhat entertaining/tolerable.
