If those are your only skill increases that would cost 3 points, so you're golden.

Thanks for the analysis and guidance. Sheet updated!Marullus wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 6:09 pmYou need add the benefits of your Level 2 of Psychic Training. You gain an extra point (4th point) toward Telepathy (only) each level. Since you need to be level 6 to get Telepathy-3, you will have banked the four points to buy it at 6th level automatically (3, 4, 5, 6). You should not it under Saved Points, just to be sure.
Spending the other three points to get both Telekinesis-0 and Telekinesis-1 (then gaining Telekinetic Armory for free with it), works great. That means you have:
Telepathy-2
Telekinesis-1
Teleportation-0
Precognition-0
You need to add the Oracle technique to your sheet (1 minute into the future) and remember to use it.Also, add the increased capability of your Telepathic Contact at level 2 (you can actually read minds, now). Telekinetic Manipulation to 200kg, too.

Leveling up Emile:
Level 3 HP [3d6+3]=13+3=16
Does his attack bonus go up?
I'll save my skill points for now.

Re: Character Creation
His Base Attack Bonus stays +1.
It looks like you get +1 BAB and choice of a new power at each even-numbered level. The odd levels are just normal skills and hit points (and foci at 2, 5, 7, and 10).
At 3rd level, you can spend your skill points (all 3) to get a skill from 1 to 2. (You could apply this to Talk or Notice, or divide it up to get other low level skills.)
If he is getting wiser in his experience, you can also spend 1 skill point to bump WIS 13 to 14.

Re: Character Creation
The big benefit there is that, at 14, he gains a +1 Wis bonus (and it may affect a saving throw as well).

Re: Character Creation
Sounds good. Let’s bump WIS up one and reserve the other 2 skill points.
