Nah Olos "To the creature. Why waste time with the Drow - to let them wear us down? We need our strength to finish the mission. As for dealing with the drow later - there may not be a later. Or there may be a different way back."

Androgost nods in alignment and points his sword forward. "Let it be done! We move forward as we have pledged!" The drow now forgotten as his focus hones to the mission ahead.
Re: Chapter 2: The Highway and Silver Spring
Continuing down the Highway
Late Afternoon of Godsday, 18th day of Planting, 597
13th day since leaving Loftwick
Qleceec (AC 1, HP 44/63) (Water Breathing 5.5 hours) (Glowing Sword)
Androgost (AC -6, HP 42/65, Armor 15/26) (Glowing Sword)
Nah Olos (AC 4, HP 42/53)
Boff (AC 5, HP 50/61) (Continual Light Lantern)
Siouxsie (AC 2, HP 47/48)
Garrant (AC 3, HP 50/50, Armor 2/8)
Frannie (AC 4, HP 19/26)
Raffi (AC -1, HP 20/21, Armor 8/8) (Glowing Dagger)
Hex (AC 0, HP 21/27, Armor 2/8) (Staff with Continual Light Coin)
With a renewed vigor, the heroes march in a single file line down the corridor named the Highway. The winding of the slight turns of the corridor make it is obvious to all the is direction the group is heading is unknown, but the group continues on. The group comes to two more of these intersections. One on the groups right and one on the groups left. Both of these intersections Qleceec is able to point out the giant footprints, but none leading up the intersections. The group continues to follow these signposts (?) that have been left for them.
They get about 400' feet the second intersection and coming around a slight bend in the Highway and Qleceec & Androgost come face to face with a giant 9' diameter soap bubble. Moving in the soild-ish soap bubble are various light colors of the rainbow including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Given the corridor is about 10' wide and 10' high at this point there is not a lot of chance to move around the bubble of lights. A max of two members of the party could get into HTH and for the moment only Qleceec & Androgost can see the bubble, but that is a solvable situation.
Actions?
The first to act before the bubble can roll initiative, but that could be a tall order.

Hex (AC 0, HP 21/27, Armor 2/8) (Staff with Continual Light Coin)
No posts in a week, moving this combat along with a loss to initiative.
The bubble moves up to a few feet from the party and shape almost like an arm extends out of the bubble and tried to interact with Qleceec. Qleceec manages to avoid the physical interaction. This makes it the groups action.
Just a clarification that Qleceec and Androgost are now in HTH range with the corridor being about 10' wide. The bend in the corridor makes it hard for Frannie, Raffi and Hex to see the creature. The bend is soft enough that now that it has moved up that Boff, Nah Olos, Siouxsie, Garrant can see giant bubble but there are party members in front of them.

Qleceec and Androgost attack the giant multi-colored soap bubble and both land two sword strikes on the bubble for an incredible 43 HP of damage. The bubble does leak some light from some of the strikes. An Indigo light beam come out shooting at Qleceec and Violet one shoots at Androgost . Please make a 4d6 DEX save to have the beam miss you completely. If it hits you then you get a save vs. Spells for half damage. Miss both rolls and Qleceec will take 25 points and Androgost will take 34.
Boff wants to get into the mix, but cannot get close enough to the bubble with Qleceec and Androgost in the way.
The bubble forms a hand and tries to slam Androgost. It hits him for 15 points of damage. The blow to Androgost releases an Indigo beam at him as well. (4d6 DEX and Save vs Spell) or take 20 for HP. Yikes!
