Wake
Wake thinks that there is more to his battle than a family squabble. Wake attempts to disbelieve in the illusion of this youthful fighter.

Yrias
"You're fighting against your father without even giving him the chance to talk. You don't know his version of the facts. What if your mother is lying to you? This man, your father, has been fighting and bleeding to help the people of this village, in exchange for nothing. What has she done, boy? Who does she have to speak for her actions other than herself? Be careful before you take any action that you may regret for the rest of your life."

Feanol
Seeing that the wounds are cared for turns her attention back to the fight. She is seeing the various effects of the words on the golden boy. But is most alarmed at the one given to her neighbor Keg.

Mor-Tar Or Less?
Feanol watches in confusion when Keg suddenly stops moving and talking, just like The Princess did earlier.
The evidence of something being a bit off here starts to show more and more. Wake wonders if any of this is actually real, squinting hard and trying to block the vision of the golden boy from his mind. That doesn't seem to work as the boy is still very much there once he opens his eyes again.
Luther strikes again without causing any new unconvincing wounds to his son. Mor-Tar swings his blade, wincing at the words from Yrias. He is able to hit Luther with his return attack, though the enraged ranger can bear-ly feel it at this point. 4 dam Can I get a Save vs. Spells from Yrias this round, please?

Wake
Wake will again try to see through the magic, he is not thinking that the golden boy is not really present, but trying to see his true form.

Amun is starting to suspect the witch is here somewhere, aiding the boy, or at least stopping all competition. Maybe she's invisible? There' something fishy here!
Amun starts walking around the gathering, swinging her sword in wide circles, flat end. She's not trying to injure anyone, visible or invisible, just using it as a long staff, prodding for invisible visitors standing outside the combat circle.

The cleric watches The Princess and Keg as they stand... paralyzed? Then his attention goes back to the single combat. He strokes his beard as he tries to think what is actually going on.

No Mor-Tar?
Yrias feels a spell effect begin to overtake him, but easily waves it off. He too is starting to believe things are not necessarily as they seem here, wondering if the boy has some unseen help nearby.
Wake and Amun are way ahead of him, both of them trying in their own ways to detect any unseen nearby anomalies to no avail. Feanol sends her parrot Gnodric, a fitting name, up into the air to scout about overhead. The bird is startled to see a massive cloud of misty fog rushing towards the area from up river, moving at incredible speeds directly for them.
Luther isn't sure how to continue his attack, switching gears and attempting to tackle his son instead of killing him outright. Almost as if the boy knew it was coming, he quickly picks up a handful of dirty sand, a trick he learned recently from his dear ol' da, and tosses it straight into Luther's face, spoiling his maneuver. Once the bigger combatant is off balance, Mor-Tar grabs him in a headlock and starts dragging him in the direction of the shimmering red portal. "You dont have to struggle so mightily. Just give in...to the dark side........father." Without intervention, it appears he will be able to pull the ranger through the swirling doorway with him fairly quickly. (I will take another percentile roll if you choose to continue wrestling. Or feel free to come up with something else to try.)
Just then, the sun is blotted out momentarily by a massive cloud of mist that quickly passes overhead. The mist doesn't seem to have any effect on the battle, but just as it passes the area, headed out over the sea, a loud splash can be heard in the nearby river.

Feanol
"People this mist is not natural and rushes in from up river as if sent along with this brat." Gesturing towards Mor Tar. "To arms help the Ranger if you can but prepare for an attack from Moma".
She then moves quickly towards the sound of the splash, and asks Gnodric to give her vision of what is happening at the river.
Yeah I thought she would be inclined towards that as a remembrance and as someone she could be mad at easily.

She thrashes about, getting her bearings after being dropped into the river. "Cursed dragon, not everyone wants to be soaking wet all the time."
Allissa manages to get to the surface and spots people coming near. "Hey! A little help? Rope?"
