Theodore Mumfordian (Half Sylvanian Wood-Elf) Ranger lvl:5 HP 21/21 AC 5):
Suggested Marching Order in the cave:
Lubidious...Eirik
Theodore Mumfordian...Thifli Copperpot
Neev Ruthvan...Gandrel Fairburn
Dune Sagerous...Alanis Oakleaf
If prints are spotted, Theodore will move up front.
When searching for traps Thifli will move up front with Lubidious.

I'll do rolls for Gandrel as needed but if we can use Lubidius for the main trap person as stated in the marching order I'd much appreciate it.

Sounds good. Let's roll.

Lubidius moves to the front of the group and does his best to search for any traps....
OOC: Sorry for the late reply!

"If this be an ogre's lair, those stupid brutes are too ignorant to trap their own home - they would trigger them themselves half the time - all this searching is postponing our plundering" Thifli grumbles as the rogue and ranger undergo their trap searches.

The party finds no traps at all. Obviously the ogres were not even smart enough to figure out a proper snare that was located earlier by Gandrel. The cave is a smaller cave about 20' ceiling once inside the entrance there are no lit light sources inside so the ones without infravision are having issues seeing.

I'd rather not carry a torch, as I want to use my sword and shield. A lot of magic swords emit light, so I'm hoping my Holy Sword is one of them.

As long as Alanis doesnt mind, id be willing to hold the hooded lantern if need be, I could put it down quickly to cast spells.

Alanis does not mind!
Alanis hands over his hooded lantern, "Fire will only disturb the rat king, you take it!"

Neev pulls his morning star back out and hefts his shield, ready to face whatever may await them inside.

Thifli notes that one lantern should suffice in our trek. Proceed onward and hopefully downward say I

No weapons glow unless I am missing something I gave the descriptions out but I think I need to post em in a uncluttered thread for easy reference. Entering the cave you see what remains of the last ogre meal and ogre tracks as well as what appears to be ogre sleeping arrangements the inside smells worse the the bog did. Leading into the cave you can see it still goes back at least another 60'.
