Frank drives over to the distant hanger and gains entry through the personnel door in the hangar door. Inside he sees two sleek black Zhodani ten ton fighter aircraft being serviced by a tech robot each and rearmed by a cargo handler variant. On entry he is noticed by two smallish round bots hovering above the craft. The 'bots move towards him but then reset to their stations.

Frank (mutally) recognizes the attractive pair of pilots (with their long on top short at the back hairstyles - flight helmets) who he met at the Ambassador's dinner at the Bartizan. They greet him with cheerful smiles and formal salutes as Pilot Officer Nsobiepr "Nsobi" (distinctive with her short argent hair) says "Colonel Frank Cross, you do us great honour by attending our brief visit here!" Frank schools himself not to look... well not look look. He recalled the "lissome leggage" of the pair of near six foot tall Zhodani flight officers and their very tailored high tech black vac suits but the effect was still stunning. The sable haired pilot giggles and says "Nsobi desperately wants to enquire after Captain Ghosal's wellbeing but is too shy to ask" Her silver haired comrade exclaims "Briakqraiepr, you are shameless!" then smiles at Frank "But I would dearly like to know if Kit is safe and well. There seemed a lot of insurgents".

Prerna regards her quietly for a moment. "While I truly appreciate your help in ridding Tarsus of these monsters, I still have reservations about your loyalties here, Ms. Pestis. If I discover that you are leading us into a trap, my last action will be to end your existence." She smiles slightly. "Now that I've made my point, your plan seems to be better than the alternatives, especially if we wish to take the base intact."

Please pass on our thanks to General Valls - he is quite right that politicians locally tend to the shameful dishonesty of the Imperial variety. It's need to know, even from the other SEMC officers, because I want to minimise the chances of Ms Pestis finding out. I hoping you can get data from the Rond systems. Anything on the SuSAG activities on Tarsus, particularly their attempts to buy votes and take control, as well as anything on their actions in the death of the 1188th in the Bartizan on Collace. That said, I'll settle for anything that shows the sector what SuSAG has been up to, and if we can prove that Keening had the approval of SuSAG, rather than being a lone wolf that's even better. Once we have this information I want to get it out in the public domain in such a way it can't be suppressed by SuSAG or tracked back to us."

I'll see what I can do. The biggest problem will be that if anything we take is unique to here, then they'll have proof of origin. We may need to cover our tracks. Perhaps we ensure all the data is hidden in encrypted form on Ms Pestis' hand-held? I'll also need some anonymous data stores for our version. Zhodani manufactured ones would be really helpful. I wonder if the cultists had any? Possibly with their DNA on them?

Freya considers release routes. Does she know where she can find a reliable but non-SEMC related data broker she could route the data through?

"This has to be kept away from Ms Pestis. I doubt she will see it is in the best interests of SuSAG, although I do expect her to betray us at some point. If you need to bring any of the others officers in, then fine, but this really is need to know. Every extra person read in is an increase in the chances of Pestis finding out somehow. I'm not sure that hiding the source is an issue. Whatever we take has be marked in such as way that it's source is undeniable. All I can expect is for you to try your best. This is a secondary mission, and not worth putting the primary mission in danger, and not worth the lives of our people. SuSAG have taken enough already."

Coalition?" replying to the Vargr she says "We're going raiding and our transport is over there. We're riding in a recently stolen Corporate shuttle. That's a mode of transport so... Kforuzeng that you'll feel very much at home! Dzofin realizes that she was about to show her teeth in a human grin but instead knowingly "snapped her jaws" in Gvegh appreciative/affirmative. She's either very culturally aware or has spent some time not just with Vargr but specifically with the Kforuzeng.
