Oswego the Bald
"Careful around those markings..." Oswego mutters, leaning in for a closer look to determine if they are words, magical symbols, tracks, or something else.
Golem, is the passage out of this room wide enough for us to go two-by-two, or do we have to go single file? Also, regarding the crates, are they arranged in a way that a large nasty thing could be hidden behind them? Or just small nasty things hidden within them (like rats or scorpions or some such)?

Gasa Loc, Magic-user
"Well, someone definitely is down here," he says, nodding towards the light source and crates.

Brom
The older warrior puts his armor back on, hefts his spear, and settles into his place in the marching order.

Taking a closer look at the markings in the dust, Oswego notes the passage of what looks like rather large rodent tracks and large objects being dragged along the floor.beniliusbob wrote:Oswego the Bald

The passage outside the room is wide enough for two abreast. The crates are pushed up against the walls, so nothing is behind them.

Brom
"Is anyone talented in following tracks? Oft times the simplest answer is the right one. Perhaps those large rodent tracks Oswego found can lead us to the source of the problem? At the very least we are not alone."
Brom looks to his fellows and if no one else volunteers he attempts to follow the tracks, spear held at the ready in case he comes across an oversized rat.

Oswego the Bald
"I think a big strong man in fancy armour is always the best tracker." Oswego grins, showing his missing teeth. He puts an arrow to his bow and nods to Brom. "Give me a call if you think there might'n't be traps ahead. Otherwise, I'm right behind ya, Brommy boy."

Asger
Nodding to himself, Asger stifles a chuckle and takes his spot near Brom. He glances at the tracks and then farther ahead, sword in hand and on alert.
"Off we go, mate," he mutters under his breath. "Last one to bloody his blade buys the next round." After his playful challenge, the big man focuses fully upon the task at hand, eyes sweeping left and right, up and down.
