Lionel "Freight Train" Williams

I don't think I've got anything specific I need to do today. I should be able to make it to a meeting.

Fresh out of the shower after his morning run, Lionel helps himself to a donut. Julia, you got a moment? With Etta taking a leave, I'm wondering if you might be interested in a more active role. I've been meaning to ask you about your driving. When you drove us to the football ghosts, I noticed you have some mad driving skills. Where'd you learn to drive like that?

[1d100] = 23
23...... Gonna be a good day tatter :) As you were.

Julia looks up and hesitates for a moment. What do you mean, "active role?" Oh, my driving... uhm.... Well, my dad keeps my car really tuned up. It helps having a dad with a garage of his own... He's taught me a few things, too. You know, changing tires and stuff...

Roll Cool if you want to "sense motive"

You will be rolling against her Silver Tongue... but...
Julia Silver Tongue - Cool v Lionel [8d6] = 24 G: [1d6] = 1
She rolled a ghost so.... Yeah, something will go wrong here for her ;)

Joker
Joker collects an apple fritter and a cup of coffee. After a short chat with the others, he heads for the electronics lab to repair any damaged equipment Just buzz me on the intetrcom when you're ready to start the meeting.

(repair/ fine-tune equipment)
*using 1 BP* [5d6] = 15 ghost [1d6] = 5

Afterward, if there's time before the meeting, he'll go through the files and get locations for all the calls handled by The Old Fort Ghostbusters. All these places will be plotted on a map of Ft Smith, to see if there's any significance. He'll also include the data on the cemetary collected at Ralph's.
*using 2 BP* [6d6] = 22 Ghost [1d6] = 5

Well, I don't mind driving Ecto-1, but I'm nowhere near as good a driver as you are. With the lights and siren, you could get us places really quick. You should have been a race car driver. Or even a getaway driver! He laughs at the absurd notion of Julia as wheelman for a crew of bank robbers. That's pretty much what I meant by active. Not carrying a pack and firing at ghosts, although you did a good job the one time you tried it. Maybe throwing the trap so the rest of us can fire? Or just staying in the car, even. I'll be honest- I don't know if you would even be allowed to do any of that stuff, since you don't have the training, and you probably don't even want to do any of it. Just thought I'd mention it.

Mac listens along as Julia and Lionel have their conversation and eats a second doughnut. Trying to figure out what is up with Julia.

Roy hears the mention of a meeting as he is heading down to check the equipment and replies back "Just checking on the gear and containment unit after that meeting sounds fine."

Cool and Breezy

Joker We will say your work for labeling a map of busted sights will be the start of this map :)
viewtopic.php?f=628&t=8639#p425722

Joker is soon joined by Roy who just checked on the Containment Unit, which was running at peak efficiency. Together they are able to check all the equipment and everything is in ship shape and ready to go for the next job.

Jason makes mention of a movie marathon before bringing up a research meeting to follow up on the Kindle Case.

Mac joins in with Lionel who is asking Julia about becoming a more active part of the team. They both notice that her face blushes a little at the mention of her being a driver... a dead giveaway that something is off, but she was just so convincing. You can't quite put your finger on it.

Actions?

I tried looking for the white boards and summary stuff posts for like 20 minutes and gave up, you wouldn't happen to have a nice condensed version of that would you?

Roy checks that trap that the detective was poking at back at the BBQ place. "I don't like that that detective was probing at this trap, I just want to re-check the thing for my own state of mind."

Well say that every piece of gear gets a +1d6 on its first use on the next mission since everyone is practicing good maintenance.

Greywolf- are you responding to my post about the map? If so, be aware that I deleted that for now.

I guess it doesn't matter now- BH has given me the green light.

Joker

After the phone call w/ Papa P:

Everyone, I have found something that might be important. I plotted out all the jobs this Firehouse has been involved with, and they all seem to cluster around one area- I think we might want to look into this further. Admitted, it's very rough, and I may be chasing a wild duck anyway- but the map does raise a couple of questions.

As if this group needed more side quests...
