"Did you slur your words, Wendall?!" yells Varas, clearly unnerved. "They've seen us now!" he continues, his voice quavering. He fires his bow at the lizard man with a huge welt and two arrows sticking out of him. He will avoid shooting at the wolf in melee at all costs.
Wendall shoots Varas a dirty look as he flips open his heavy leather side bag. He pulls out a flask of oil and quickly wraps an oil soaked strip of cloth around it. He pulls out his flint and lights the very end of the strip of cloth.
Assuming that some of the lizard men are coming to attack us, once the first one gets within 50' he will launch his flask.
Well, if there not tired, let's see how they like my FIRE!
Dorvar will continue walking towards the lizards while reloading his crossbow, unless a lizardman is fast enough to get to him. Then he will drop the crossbow and attack with his sword.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. The giant wolf continues its rampage among the lizard men soldiers, tumbling the three surrounding it in all directions and then jumping on the closest one's chest. It manages to raise its spear just in time to drive the point into the wolf's shoulder (2 damage) before its life is ended in a shower of blood (LM 4 is dead). The other two scramble to regain their feet before they become the wolf's next victim, turning their attention dangerously away from the lieutenant, who approaches from behind and lays one low with a mighty cleave of his axe (LM 2 is dead).
Meanwhile, the other injured lizard man lies snoozing away gently on the mossy ground while his companions slaughter one another all around him.
The two lizard men who had spotted the PCs begin a frantic charge up the hill, perhaps hoping to break the assault on this side and escape to safety before the wolf could turn on them.
The one in front is struck halfway up the hill by Wendall's flask of oil, which shatters and engulfs him in flames. The horrible, sickly smell of burning live flesh wafts across the valley as Harold's well-placed sling stone fractures the creature's skull, sending him tumbling back down the slope and guaranteeing he will burn to death before he manages to recover his wits (LM 6 has 2 HP and will burn to death next round). The second one, now fleeing more than attacking, is met by Dorvar, longsword in hand, and felled with a single powerful stroke (LM 7 is dead).
Status:
Mr. M: lost 7
Lieutenant: 10 hp, killing lizard men
LM 1: 4 hp
LM 5: 5 hp, sleeping
LM 6: 2 hp, burning
Wendall revels in the burning flesh that he caused as he runs toward the battle screaming. Seeing the creature burn as he runs by only fuels his battle lust. He attempts to slit the throat of the sleeping Lizard man with his dagger if he can get to him in time.
Given Scott's revelation about being gone and Dorvar's position (out of melee), I'm going to just have him do a max-speed move toward melee combat like Wendall is doing
The wolf reaches out with one giant paw and swipes the last standing lizard man soldier across the face, sending him sprawling into the dirt with a snapped neck as Varas's arrow pierces the middle of his chest in mid-fall.
Dorvar and Wendall charge down the hillside attempting to finish off the sleeping lizard man, but they fall just short of their target. Less than ten feet in front of them, the lieutenant brings his mighty axe down on the sleeping lizard man and turns his murder-filled reptilian eyes on the magic-user and the dwarf.
Forgotten, the burning lizard man breathes his last smoky breaths and expires.
Status:
Mr. M - 7 hp lost
Lieutenant - 10 hp remain
Varas will fire his fourth arrow, this time at the lieutenant (first choice). If the one remaining enemy is in melee, Varas won't fire. Instead, he will attempt to circle around the creature, readying for a backstab the next round (if I need to make rolls, please let me know).
Dorvar sees the lizard-man approaching, intent on doing harm. He knows he must get the first strike, so he swings his sword in an attempt at removing the lizard-man's head from its shoulders.

How do you stay out drinking all night at your VIP party and still find time to post?
Seeing his target eliminated, Wendall freezes in his tracks at the sight of the large, attacking Lizard person. He will hold his action in hopes that his comrades will finish off the dirty work again.
