Sounds like it might be the image hosting site. I guess you get what you pay for (I have a free account).

It also sounds like it might have resolved itself? If not, I can look for a new hosting site.

thirdkingdom is still interested in playing.

Theoretically, ToA is ok with only three PCs in the party. So, for now, I am not going to adjust anything. Probably I will accelerate the rate at which your PCs level, but I tend to do that for PbP games anyway.

Just be aware that one of the basic assumptions of the game is that encounters are not balanced. Use all the tools in your toolbelt, including parlay, distraction, and running away!

So go ahead and post in IC and let's get back to it.

You guys are lucky. # appearing is 2d12. I am supposed to cut it in half for small rooms but only 4 out of a possible 12 is a good outcome.
