He says to Lesh and Scalm. In response to the information voiced in his head, he follows the tabaxi into the cellars below the Nymph.

Lesh reminds himself there is a whole temple of Kelemvor to deal with this problem. So he says a prayer for the hospital but follows Ambergris back into the Nymph.

Scalm curses the gods when she sees Lesh and Ambergris turn and head back into the bathhouse...but she follows all the same. Once inside, the central pool is the only one still occupied. The woman is floating face down in the water, as is her companion. The door to the right leading into the massage room is still open...
